Never trust this company
They advertised the item which they don't have in stock and discontinued. I requested a refund of over $2000 and they don't know when it would be done.
Refund processed approx in 10 days, but had to e-mail and ring them multiple times.

ing to make sure they had the item in stock and that they can ship the order the same day. I was told by the customer service that they can ship it if the payment was received before noon. I paid for the order vai Paypal as it's fast, and the transaction was completed by 11.30. Not only they didn't process my order, the send me the email saying there was a problem at 6.30 in the evening, giving me no time to try to deal with any issues they might have. Knowing they already messed up the order and there was no way I could get the order by today, as the order was still on hold in spite of the successful payment, I called the customer service in hopes of giving them a chance to redeem themselves. I couldn't be more wrong! I called them and was on hold for 5 mins when the customer service operative named Steve took the call. The first thing he told me was to hold the line longer, and put me on hold. When he finally answered, not only the customer service operative was unhelpful, he was rude and was shouting at me to send them an email to get a refund. You'd think the operative could take down that customer called to get a refund, or be polite about asking to send an email, but this customer service operative couldn't care less if the customer receives any service at all. He didn't care if the store was losing business, he just wanted the customer to go away and deal with the issue via email. I'm sure as a customer, you don't wanna be dealing with that kind of service. Showed item in stock; but had to import from 'overseas'.
I ordered [and paid instantly] for a monitor that showed "in stock". After waiting a week of nothing from them - I make a call. As it turns out, it wasn't in stock, and they needed to source from overseas, they expected it to be sent in a week. That week goes by, then a weekend, then I check the order status and it hadn't changed - 3 days after they said it would have been sent to them.
Another call, and I find out that it's been pushed back 2.5 weeks! Without telling me!
Reading these reviews, I wish I had known earlier - I'm currently trying for a refund. Hopefully I'm not too late.

Lies and awful customer service. DO NOT BUY
If there's another website that are selling it for $20 more or so, buy it from the other website, it's not worth the hassle of these guys. They happily took my money, but contacted me saying that they were out of stock, so I had to wait 2 weeks to it, but I could get my other items from my order. 2 weeks passed, no items, and after several emails and trying to call them (always being rude) they said that they couldn't send my packages until all the items in my order could be sent at the same time. or postage because I chose the "wrong shipping method", so turning the blame on me was bad. They then, sent me a faulty product, I sent it back, and after 2 weeks I called around (again, very rude to me) telling me that warranty takes 6-8 weeks to process. 10 weeks pass, I call again, and they had the product, but wanted to charge me for postage...luckily I had a nice worker who was willing to give me a cheaper shipping rate, but it was still poor by the company. The WORST company in Australia!!!
Whatever you do NEVER EVER buy from these people. Sold me a faulty product, didn't refund until 7 MONTHS after I sent it back, and said they couldn't replace it. I had to THREATEN these people with legal action just to get my damn money back. This can't be legal!!!

Should have checked the reviews before buying
I placed an order to CPL on the 9th of January 2016 worth ~$800. Three days later I am told that the GPU I had ordered is not produced anymore (why was it on the website?) and that I had to choose a different one and pay the difference if needed. red/sourced/shipped. I was given a very rude response that it would be 'appreciated' if I replied to my emails, which each and every one was replied to. And then told that I will need to wait until the 27th of January for the motherboard to arrive in stock. After accepting my fate I waited, and received an email on the afternoon of the 28th (Saturday) that my order has been shipped, meaning it would only start moving on Monday (30th). To make matters worse the shipment email I received showed that I was missing a part. So on the Saturday afternoon I sent an email asking whether there has been a mistake or if the part in fact hasn't been shipped, it is now Monday, and I have not received a reply. This has been the worst transaction that I've ever experienced and I do not recommend anyone to buy from this company. TL;DR Motherboard, wrong price, had to pay the difference. GPU isn't produced anymore, had to choose a different one and pay the difference. 25 days delay. Very slow response to emails. Some (not all) rude replies to emails. Borderline Criminals
Bought item online late last year and paid instantly.
They advertised a CPU cooler selling at $40 less than anywhere else, this was a great offer BUT the item pictured in the ad didn't match the title!? So i enquired about this and "they didn't know". Anyway i sensed something very odd and asked for my order to be cancelled.
Weeks passed and nothing, I had to lodge a complaint with PayPal to get my money back.
So from my initial purchase 29 Dec 2016 i just now received a "forced" refund 25 Jan 2016.
I just wonder what would have happened had i paid Direct Deposit.

So terrible shopping experience.
I have placed an order on 25th of Nov, when i placed the order which showed in stock. However, six days has passed, they told me the product is on the way, but in the next few days they can ship my order. Currently, it is 6th of December, they still haven't ship my order and they one can give me the answer why taking so long.
I strongly DO NOT recommend this store. Terrible shopping experience.

No customer service skills.
Extremely rude guy behind the counter, really should not be near customers, I chose to pay via debit card so I didn't have to pay their credit card fees, he used the unkind word and slammed my card down on the counter after processing payment, they are cheap but there are cheaper places online.

Be Warned
Waited to 2 weeks for shipment with no status advice from CPL so then had to invest another 2 weeks to recover funds, you can only guess the string of emails and reminders, waiting days each time to get a response. Unbelivable. Constant excuses from CPL, so IMO there is a health warning doing business with this outfit, be warned, its stressful!

Ordered a monitor bracket on 22nd of August, which wasn't in stock and was said to arrive in a few weeks. Call up roughly 2 weeks later and an employee stated it’ll be coming in soon. o longer' than the 25th of September. I had my hopes up as I had finally received an actual date to rely upon, however on the 25th, yet again: it still hadn't arrived. Which brings me to today, where they have offered me a replacement bracket as there is no ETA on the original product I had purchased. tldr: Product wasn't in stock, had to wait 3 months instead of the initial few weeks and in the end, was offered a replacement model as the item I was after (in the end) had no ETA.Similar opinion? Avoid At All Costs
Bought a computer through CPL, it arrived late and without all specified items. If i had the chance again i would buy online through any of the competitors who stock the same items at similar prices. Their website is misleading and their staff are obnoxious. Ended up having to take my issue up with ACCC where after 9months I received a full refund for my computer.

Terrible customer service
I bought a chair from the store in West Melbourne more than a month ago, they said it'll arrive in 2 days and it took 2 weeks. Annoying but not a big deal. Garbage company - stay away from these idiots unless you want problems in your life
Garbage service. If you need computer parts, try some of the other places like pccase gear. I ordered some basic stuff a week ago, and they were supposed to deliver it in a day or two. Never happened. I am constantly calling them to find out the status, and am given the run around.

Sent Faulty Motherboard
Bought $2500 worth of computer parts from them to build a gaming rig. Everything worked fine for 5 days then experienced sever screen flickering issues. Checked all the parts and ended up having to pay an extra $80 for a computer technician to look at it. Their conclusion was that the motherboard (Gigabyte ZT150-UX) sent to me was faulty.

Called them up and they said 'sorry emailing staff will reply to you the next day'. Still no reply. Call them again the next day and their reply was 'sorry, we're on a public holiday'. They Don't keep promises and lack of communication
Its been over a week and counting, since my order, I spent over $600 paid in full and still have not received the items. I had to initiate the contact for them to provide an update via phone and email. Excuses after excuses, one sales rep advised me it was in the process of being delivered, but found out the order was still in processing (after 1-2 business days), another rep advised me via email it will be sent tomorrow with a tracking no..No email. I'm amazed how a business like this is still running if this is how they treat their customers. I highly recommend shopping online or in person at another computer store.

How are they still in business?
Bought a laptop online $1600 only to find out the following week they don't have any in stock and can't get any more. Why the hell advertise it and take my money. Don't waste your time with this pathetic excuse for a company.
Update: Asked these guys to refund my money on a Monday. My account says order complete but still no money in my account on Thursday. I ring up to find out that they have yet to refund me and it has been totally overlooked. So after more than 1 week they are still holding onto my money. One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with.

Customer service was great for an online retailer.
I had issues with the the delivery (Fastway) though CPL service team escalated the issue and found a solution for me. Packaged arrived as purchased.
