Coral Homes (QLD & NSW)

After a long year of bad weather and supplies shortages I can finally see a beautiful home. With the excitement of attending the 1st inspection I must say I was over the moon. Brad went above my expectations with explaining and informing me with the last touch ups required. Thank you Coral Homes

Very happy with the end product. Our site supervisor was a legend. He was very honest and up front. He worked hard to make sure every issue we had was rectified to the best of his ability. He was a great communicator. He kept us in the loop for the whole duration of the build. Apart from a few minor issues, the overall workmanship on the build was of a decent standard. Although it was a difficult time to build with covid lock downs and trade/ supply shortages, our build ticked over pretty well considering. There were a few short periods when no work was done, but it was nothing compared to some of the other companies building in our estate. So overall we are very happy with our new home and would use coral again.

We could not fault our sales assistant and especially our site supervisor MJP. The SS was in constant contact providing detailed updates and nothing was an issue for him and making sure everything was completed to a high standard.

After handover Coral has continued to impress...highly recommended for quality and price.

We had a change of site supervisor, but the work has picked up really well. Really appreciate all the hard work put in by coral homes. Our external lining stage is complete. Waiting for 2 more stages before getting our new home. Our new site supervisor is very proactive, as of now a good experience. Keeping fingers crossed .

What a journey! We recently built with Coral Homes in NSW.
We cannot fault the product of our new home, all due to the hard work of our building supervisor. He payed such close attention to detail and wanted the quality of our home to be exactly what we had dreamt of. If a mistake was picked up he was the first to notice and give us a call to let us know he was onto it. Our build was so smooth sailing and with a time frame of 22 weeks from site scrape to handover we couldn't be more happy with the timeline.

We built our Noosaville 23 home with Coral Homes in North Harbour. Excellent design and construction. [Name Removed], our site supervisor, looked after our construction professionally. The property was ready on time despite the bad weather, overheated and resource constraint building market.

Construction progress was reported every week with regular site inspections.

From start to finish our experience has been pretty smooth.
- Sales Consultant CF was absolutely amazing from start to finish and nothing was too difficult, helping us find the perfect floorplan, and ensuring we had everything we needed included in the contract to avoid cost blowouts during selections
- Tender Officer was great, however there was a miscommunication in regards to extending build period - we had assumed we were paying $5000 to potentially lock in the build price for 5 months as we were told it would be $1000 per month over. Howe...

We never had any issues with Coral, I found they had our best interest at heart all the way along. Only rated a four star as we haven't lived in the house long enough to come across anything not functioning the way it should. I wish I could move into a house defect free but I come to learn to lower my exceptions though the whole process. Building it not perfect and never will be.

A very positive experience with much thanks to our supervisor [Name Removed]. In trying times with Covid & heavy rains we were always reassured and kept up to date. I admire his heavy time commitment with other sites to manage but Sam always made the time to keep us informed and answer the many queries we had. It was always encouraging and very helpful. I had hoped the Admin stage would be easier (it wasn't), our sales person forgot to quote and e-mail us the details, once the salesperson was changed everything was great (long but great) and helped us plan the house the way we wanted and more, Our Building Supervisor was also fantastic, kept us well informed and actioned any issues or questions we had. We were kept informed with weekly updates. The handover process and information provided was smooth and stress free.
This was our first build and we did choose a great builder, though it does test your patience. 100% would go with Coral Homes again should we ever need to.

It has certainly been a journey building a new house but very happy we chose Coral Homes. From the beginning we loved the Coral Homes designs and then came across the lovely [Name Removed] at Coomera Displays who was so patient and helpful. Would really like to thank our site supervisor for the great job in handling our build. He was proactive on fixing issues and kept us up to date with progress. He was a real pleasure to deal with. During these COVID times it made things go a bit longer than usual but the supervisor was there all the way.

Our build was not without it's hiccups but thankfully nothing major. We started with the sales consultant [Name Removed] from North Harbour who was absolutely amazing to work with, he's a no gimmick honest and upfront person who actually gets back to you as well! Our SS (after Lee left) was [Name Removed] and my goodness I cannot put in to words how great he was to work with. [Name Removed] went above and beyond with everything, he is so personable and just a legend in general but he also takes pride in his work which can be hard to come across...

Coral Homes were great to work with for my first build. The plans they offered were well designed, they accommodated the changes to the floor plans for very reasonable variations to the price. With the designer and appliance upgrades the finish of the house looks above standard quality.
At each stage all the Coral Homes reps were great to work with and they worked with me to achieve my vision. The build process was effortless, the site supervisor [Name Removed] was always quick to return my emails, answer my calls and I felt he went above and ...

Our pre-site experience was stressful and unpleasant, with emails not being responded to in a timely manner, calls not being returned, etc. We never had this experience when we first built back in Darwin. But when we reached the build stage, we were allocated a site supervisor who was very responsive and helpful, never missed a single weekly update, and delivered a beautiful house within the contract period despite shortages in supplies and tradesmen. We are now living in our new home (Northern Gold Coast) and we haven't noticed any significant issues yet.
