Our First time building with Coral Homes. It has been a joyful experience, Our Site Supervisor (Luke Pringle) was very friendly, helpful, and approachable. He made sure we had a great building experience. He managed the construction very closed and kept us updated on a weekly basis. So we knew what has happened last week and what would happen next. Prompt email and phone response. The overall build quality was satisfactory. The final cost and our estimated cost was very similar.

We had the best experience during our build process from beginning to end everything was thought of and anything we asked or questioned was explained and sorted straight away. Our sales person was excellent and very helpful our site supervisor was awesome very professional and always made things happen so happy with our end result

They kept us updated throughout the build and went above and beyond to assist us wherever possible. At the start had no communication from my supervisors was left in the dark about variations and other set backs. Was delay after delay and wasn’t happy, got a new supervisor callan and the job went smooth and ontime. Great surperviser, well organised great communication skills, and turned out a nice finish.

I am so happy with my house and how professional and diligent my SS was. I am beyond excited to be moving into my very first home. My building from start to finish was estimated to be around 12 weeks and that estimate was reached. Cannot wait to move in!

Having [Name Removed] as our new home consultant was the best part of our first home journey! he is one of the most plesent people to deal with, he is very knowledgeable and exceeds expectations at what he does, he gives satisfying answers to any related build queries within minutes, he did all the home design changes we wanted while we were at the display homes, also gave us great suggestions, there wasnt a single incident where I would go to [Name Removed] for information or an alteration and would be disappointed! this guy make dreams happen! he is highly professional and I cant recommend him enough to anyone who wants to build a home, a living legend!

We build homes regularly and have used numerous builders in the past. Our Coral Homes supervisor [Name Removed] was the most professional and easy going construction supervisor we have ever had. Our build came in earlier that expected and we are over the moon with the end product. He is an asset to Coral Homes and deserves a pay rise. !

Initially we were with another builder where we had issues and overall experience wasnt great. We decided to change builder lost partial deposit and signed with Coral. With Coral our experience was great they not only offered me great facade but bigger build size along with upgrades just in same price.. [Name Removed] site supervisor was kind enough to offer assistance to fix some of house decors too.. He did amazing job in delivering our dream house exactly the way we pictured.

From the start of the process we were impressed with our sales consultant [Name Removed] in the Port Macquarie office. She was very attentive and always had our budget in mind.
We then moved onto Coral Homes customer service based in Queensland, this part of the process was quite long winded and at times and very frustrating.
Our Site Supervisor was [Name Removed] who was absolutely brilliant!!! [Name Removed] was always in contact with us throughout the build process and nothing was ever a problem. From site scrape to handover was about 22weeks and all our trades did an awesome job.

Having built several times with different builders I can honestly say that Coral Homes really stood out for quality, value and efficiency. Our site supervisor [Name Removed] made the construction process very smooth through constant communication, weekly updates, friendly service, accommodating requests, and resolving any minor issues promptly. I would highly recommend Coral Homes to anyone considering building a new home.

The build was managed ok. I was involved in the complete process and had access to the site without any issue. The build quaility was very good for a project build. Tiling was the only real issue with the layout in bathrooms. Coral helped us solve the problem to a satisfactory level. Make sure you stress when selecting you have walls and flooring tiles to line up as in their display homes. The costing was blown out when building exactly to the display home but overall very competitive and came in just over the final quoted price.

The initial process had lot of delays and hiccups but once the contracts were approved and we got the build date it was very smooth and absolutely no delays. We had an amazingly responsive supervisor [Name Removed] who was very transparent in all communications. Very happy with our new home. My feedback is to the sales team as it is very difficult to follow up or even communicate with them.

We're super happy with our new Coral Home. Our sales consultant was extremely helpful and made the process to tender really easy. As soon as we got onsite Brad made sure things ran smoothly from start to finish - if we could rate him as a supervisor alone it would be 5/5!

Our journey with Coral Homes started great with the sales staff: Sales team 7.5/10, admin team was really a let down 4/10 but fortunately we had an amazing site supervisor in [Name Removed] & our build went well despite a Christmas break 8.5/10. He tried to keep up with our timeline and got us in with a minimal delay
