Excellent experience each time when contact customer service at CovaU. When talking with CS team, person on the other side sounds warm and nice. Maria the customer representative was very efficient and thorough. Business in Sydney CBD is going through an extremely hard time due to the travel ban and we needed a second extension for the payment. She fulfilled our request straight away. Good service.

Rang covau yesterday in regards to a refund.Spoke to Renz.He organized it for me in no time at all.He was very helpful.I have been with covau for a few years now and never had a problem.

happy to note that ADRIAN was able to resolve all my queries with just the one call. I called to: 1) enquire why I have 2 bills due to be paid in one month (Feb 2020); and 2) why I am not seeing any reference to my solar rebate. These questions were all answered efficiently. I want to say thank you to RENZ” reference number “2447064, who assisted me today.
Renz helped set up direct debits on both gas & electricity accounts as well as merging both accounts to my online login.
The customer service provided by Renz was friendly, efficient and most professional. I would rate it as 10 out of 10 and would definitely recommend CovaU to friends and family!!!

Excellent Customer Service

There was an outstanding payment for my previous invoice as well as my gas and electricity account was not linked online. Maria managed to fix the issue and link my accounts within like 5mins. I hate dealing with online accounts. She told me to logout and login again. I logged in and both accounts was already linked. I was so impressed by her efficiency and customer service!

Do they offer the option of quarterly billing?
Not everyone prefers monthly billing.

Hi Lucy. Thank you for your message. CovaU Energy can provide an option for monthly and quarterly billing depending on the type of meter your property is currently in. May we know if this is for your residential or business? And if you're on a Smart Meter? If you are on a Smart Meter, you will be billed every month. I suggest you contact our customer service team at 1300 689 866 to check your supply address or your existing account to see if we can arrange your account on a quarterly billing.
