Couldn't have even imagined better service. EXCELLENT and the HOLIDAYwas pure BLISS! I had no idea whether the Cruise on Ovation of The Seas to Tasmania would be any good, I was really reluctant but Cruise About really know their stuff, and to be honest > We are going to do that same Cruise AGAIN!

The Lies they tell you then when you get your booking it is different, Do Not Trust Them.
They forgot to tell us flights have been altered until its too late. Never again . Be Warned.

Just a phone call to book - could not expect more - the food on Carnival Spirit was good and meeting special dietary requirements is no problem - accommodation and amenities excellent

The booking process was quick and easy. The actual cruise was just as I expected.. fab. Both my room and the ships amenities were great value. I loved the upgraded dining options and thought it all worked really well to suit everyone.

The travel agent met all our requests.The cabins she got for us was perfect close to the elevators which is necessary for us.The service provided by the cabin steward was great as was all services in the bars and restaurants.Food was very good as were the specialty restaurants except Silk Road (very poor).Entertainment in the evening was excellent.

The booking process was extremely easy with good follow-up at the last minute by my Agent. Everything exceeded my expectations and I found the accommodation and amenities on-board first-class. The dining on Holland America's Noordam was superb.

Always book through Hayley at Williamstown, who is so professional in her job, she
is always excellent at matching our needs. We were more than satisfied with all aspects
onboard. The dining was great & Dining Room Manager looked after us so well each night.

I cannot fault the service and the product. Would recommend this trip to anyone (New Guinea). Especially if you have a sense of adventure and history. Alison is exceptional in her role.
