We had an agent who didn’t really listen, kept spelling our names wrong even with me emailing and writing them down. She made my invoice out to a different first name. The cruise was for our honeymoon and she said that would be mentioned. That didn’t happen. We asked for midship, I trusted (silly me) that she had booked midship after explaining the room. Perfect holiday, book a cruise with Cruise about in Hervey Bay with Cindy Dorr who will plan it all, /listen to what you want and come up with some great ideas. She has plenty of experience and is a great listener. Her information is accurate and you go on holiday confident it will be as you plan.

Booked the cruise with just one phone call and Vanessa organised everything for us it was so easy.
Sailed with Princess and the food, shows and ship was amazing.
Had a balcony cabin and it was bigger than I expected.

I recently booked my very first cruise at Cruiseabout in Albany Creek. They are an incredible office. The consultant who looked after me was Julianne. She went over and beyond my expectations! She was very patient with me and her excitement and dedication at ensuring I have a great time. She was simply wonderful and I will recommend her to all my friends!

Booking was easy great staff, wonderful experience, accommodation was good decent size but maybe could plan the bathrooms with another shelf under the sinks as there was plenty of room to do this .Food was great many optional varieties and the waiters and waitresses were exceptional,made you feel very special.

CruiseAbout is a sub of Flight Centre. They are totally and utterly incompetent. Promised lots delivered precious little.
They cancelled our cruise and promised to give us our money back on it and the other items surrounding it. After weeks of waiting and lots of phone calls they said all they would do is refund the cruise money which they had held for months and nothing else.
The only reason we incurred the other costs was because of the cruise.
Just pathetic.
Never again.
In our opinion find out if the travel company you are dealing with is Flight Centre or a subsidiary of Flight Centre and if it is RUN!!

Booked a cruise Princess cruisess with Cruise About in SA most info done over the internet but when I ask to print for me the cruise info where to board, luggage tags etc, I was told they cannot do because I did not supply my credit card numbers, I said I do not have a credit card and never have a problem in the past with Princess and other cruises, then the person from office said we can provide Princess cruises phone number and U can sort out with them.
I called Princess cruises and I was told the booking I do have belong to Cruise about and they have commission. Cruise About has responsibility is to provide me all documents.
today I receive an email from Cruise about they handball my case back to Princess cruises, well no more comment

Excellent customer service from Cruiseabout and comfortable accommodation on board the vessel. Excellent buffet meals with a wide variety presented in generous amount at each meal. Optional excursions were varied and very interesting, catering for a broad range of interests.
