The service from Kim Klooger at Cruise About was exceptional that even our friends booked with her. She is very friendly and personable and always gets back to you. Kim your service is 10/10. We have always booked with ozcruising but from now on it will be with Kim only at Cruise About. But, the customer service at princess cruises is appalling. Just watch your statements as they double charge and add things that you haven't had.

99% of the time. Had a few maintenance issues in the stateroom.
As usual the food served in the dining rooms were excellent. Very tasty and plenty of it. The buffet (Horizon Court)
was bland and similar food provided each day. Did not use this Buffet very often, only when the ship was in Port as the Restaurants were not open at Lunchtimes.

The booking was easy with Penny giving great friendly customer service. No fuss, no problems, very seamless for booking and for accommodation. I was happy with the dining provided and very happy with my room location.

The booking process was very good, the experience was a disaster and the accommodation had significant problems and unfortunately the food was mediocre.
I was extremely disappointed and regret travelling in the Ovation of the Seas

Kathy at Golden Grove was fabulous and included the boys in all the preparations. Booking process excellent. The boys loved the cruise as it was their first one. Accommodation was upgraded to a balcony which was great. Ages of boys 15 and 16 did not have much to fit this age but they still loved it. Loved the islands and the swimming. Dining good but the main restaurant which we did pay for was excellent and went a couple of times. Boys loved getting dressed for dinner.

The booking process was easy. Everything met our needs. The room on the ship was great. The food was tops. And all the staff were amazing, nothing was a problem from the booking to the end of the cruise.

The booking process was very easy.
The cruising side yes but overall the cruiseline was a huge disapoointment.
The accomodation and amenities were fine. Not a problem.
Dining onboard was very average.

Dining excellent on-board. Booking process sailed through. Cabin ease of access to lifts nearby corridor. Shore excursions we chose were good value for money. Our tour guide in Penang was also senior has been in the industry for past 40years.

As this was a last minute Cruise, I thought the process would be too difficult. However, thanks to Jodie at Cruiseabout Hampton, everything went according to plan. Nothing was too much trouble even though I probably asked some stupid questions. The Cruise was great on P & O Eden but far too short. We have booked our next cruise in January 2018 already with Sally at Cruiseabout Hampton, so we are nearly ready to go again. We could not fault the service and advice from Cruiseabout Hampton.

From the beginning to end the customer service we received was exceptional. We were first time cruisers the staff made and explained everything so easily. I had quite a few questions and they always responded to my emails within a great time. I would highly recommend anyone to use their service, I will be booking my second cruise soon and will definitely be going back to them. We had a wonderful trip on the Golden Princess the service on the ship from all staff was to be commended, the food was wonderful.

Very helpful, wasn’t expected to receive a little bag with tags all ready to put in the bags and then receive a reminder by text from cassy the day before. She was great and i will ask her to book our next cruise for sure

This cruise lived up to our expectations. Had a fabulous time and although only been home for 2 weeks, already looking for another cruise. The cruise staff were extra friendly and the shore excursions were well planned and interesting. The food was to die for and the on board restaurants were great.

My first cruise was with another company, I couldn't help but compare, I expected more from this one, but it was still good. Amenities good, dining not as extensive as the first.
