When we decided to build, it was Donna Campbell that we first met from Dale Alcock. From the beginning to the end, Donna showed a passion for helping people build their dream home and displayed nothing but a friendly professional "can do" attitude. It really helped us to make the decision to build with Dales having someone who clearly enjoyed working for them as much as helping us be involved in the design and build of our home.

From the day we were introduced to the site and had seen some of Dale Alcock built houses we had confidence in our decision to build a new house. The entire process was very well organised, and we especially note the pre-start procedure. The staff discussed all our requirements and alterations in detail and were most helpful with putting together the décor. The project went off perfectly everything on time and within our budget. The workmanship is faultless and we have no hesitation recommending Dale Alcock to build your house.

Huge thank you to Kieran, Byron and everyone involved in my experience so far. Everything is extremely organised and explained in detail. Any questions are always answered promptly and the whole process has so far been completely stress free.

Not only has the process of designing my new home been easy and fun, I will remain forever grateful to Chris Hedley at Dale Alcock for understanding my needs even better then I did, and scouting and securing a block far superior than the original one I had in mind. I am excited to see these thoughtful and creative plans come to life over the coming months!

The design and building process was well managed and ahead of schedule. The overall built quality was good.
However, having changed some of the exterior it was noted that the brick work was not the best, not noticeable while it was just brick works.
Any issue was handled immediately and satisfactory.
With in our expectations.

When trying to chose which builder we were going to use, dealing with Chris Hedley was one of the big reasons we chose Dale Alcock. Once the decision was made, Chris offered a lot of good advice. He went above and beyond, still sending us information while he was holidaying in Europe. The whole experience was enjoyable. What made it more difficult for him is that we live remote, so a lot of the correspondence was done through phone and email.

As we had never built before, learning the planning and building process was at times overwhelming. Fortunately "Dale's" was able to help guide us through the mountain of decisions that are required to make dream home possible. Now that we have lived in our new home for 11 months we can honestly recommend Dale Alcock Homes. The sales and design process was made as easy as possible, the timeline was accurate in regard to progress of the build and the tradesmen and site managers attention to detail and workmanship was fantastic. Of course in hindsight there would be things we would change if were to build again but Dale Alcock's team delivered exactly what we asked for in a timely and cost efficient manner.

I recommend to anyone thinking about building that they talk to Dean at DAHSW. He has made the whole process easier, bringing our ideas to fruition & was always prepared to go the extra mile to help us. Thanks Dean!

From the moment we entered the Treendale display home Chris Hedley has been so helpful! We went in with ideas of how we wanted the layout to be and he made it happen. Building a home can be very daunting however Chris helped with giving us great ideas, being extremely patient and making the process as smooth as possible. We have been in our lovely home for a little over a year now, & we still can’t believe it’s ours at times! Our process was a real breeze. Dale Huntington & Treena Leonard gave us so much support & guidance throughout our build. We couldn’t be happy with our home & the team that brought it all together for us.

Very well managed and smooth build, no major issues and ones that we identified during construction were quickly rectified. Quality of most trades was great and the design process with Chris was excellent. Would definitely recommend for those looking to build in the South West.

We have had such an enjoyable experience with Dale Alcock homes. From the beginning Dean MacGregor went above and beyond helping us design a home that met all of our needs, we worked out how to maximise our yard space while having spacious living areas and 4 large bedrooms. He helped us make the most of our budget and even made it possible to include a six panel stacking door off the open plan living area.
We thoroughly enjoyed our pre start selection with Treena Leonard and she guided us through our entire build.
The whole team was excellent including our site manager Craig Minchin, we were really impressed and we are so excited to move in. Thank you

We met with several builders before deciding on Dale Alcock Homes. Our first meeting with Chris Hedley went well and he really listened to what was important to us. As time went by he tackled our endless list of questions and requests, always getting back to us, and nothing was too much trouble.

My first phone call with Chris Hedley was the start of building our dream home with Dale Alcock! Chris made the process of creating and building our home a reality. He worked hard and is still working hard to ensure the build goes well. He made the process fun and family friendly as we often had to bring our daughter along.
