Good Coffee but messy and it broke
This machine makes great coffee.
Not quite like a café but still hits the spot during the week
It only fits small cups so I found I had to transfer from little cups into larger mugs.
It was quite messy, and continued to drip after use.
The pump failed after one year.

Great litte coffee machine for the price
This is a compact machine if you do not have much kitchen space. Small enough to fit in the caravan. It is easy to use and easy to clean. You can use any coffee you like as you are not locked into capsules and brands. It has a large water tank for large cups, although you need to take the bottom cover off to fit a larger cup. Has been a very reliable and tasty coffee machine.

Great little espresso maker
Compact coffee machine that is easy to use and makes great tasting espresso at the right temperature. I refer this over my espresso pod machine that I ended up giving away.
The only issue I have is that the water container rattles a bit once it start pumping the water through.

Love it
I find this machine very easy to use and clean plus it makes a great expresso. Previously had a delonghi pod machine but it was too expensive to maintain and the coffee wasn't that great.
I would recommend it and would repurchase in the future. If you love your espresso or cappuccino this is for you.

Tips for good coffee
Bought the ECOV310 Vintage green Dec 2015, and have no problem since then. Find it t is both easy to use and clean. I only use it to make espresso coffee, hardly have any experience with the cappuccino nozzle. I make 2 to 3 cups a day, usually after meals.
I descale it every 3 months. I always preheat, flushing before and after every cup, so the boiler outlet is always kept clean, and system is heated to the right brewing temperature.
I use a Bodum burr grinder, grinding fresh 7 to 8gm of beans for each cup, selecting fine grind size for espresso, usually with medium or dark roast beans. The result is always satisfying, a nice cup of espresso (about 60ml) full of crema and robust taste and balance, taken without sugar.
Try it !

We have bought 2 of these machines in 3 years - Grrr!
ECOV310BG We have bought 2 of these machines in 3 years - Grrr! both outside the one year paltry guarantee. i had no real sympathy from customer services, I was sad about this and have no coffee to drink!! :-( The product makes nice coffee, but I am sure will not last unless you use it once a week! Not robust at all

Easy to use and makes good coffee
Makes perfect coffee and really easy to use. It gives you an option to use either ground coffee or pods and you can use cheap coffee from Aldi or many varieties from the average supermarket..The coffee machine is quite small and light so it’s very easy to clean up so you avoid wasting coffee down the sink. This coffee machine was purchased from the Good Guys for just under $280. So you get what you pay for and from all the types of coffee machines that I’ve tried in the past, this one would have to be one of the best of its range due to it’s ea...Read more
se of use, ease of cleaning and lastly the quality of coffee that it makes is above average. I really liked how it had a vintage look and was bored of getting the usual stainless steel machine and I love the colour red so that was a plus!Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Very happy
So easy to operate and clean. Makes great coffee and takes up little to no space on the kitchen bench. Being red in colour it matches our kitchen perfectly. Came with a one and two cup attachment which also holds pods if desired. A great machine for the price and would highly recommend

Stylish and practical
Best thing is you can use either ground coffee or a pod in this machine. Simple to use, looks fantastic and is versatile. Coffee taste great and very easy to clean. Pods are available from Harvey Norman or JB Hi Fi for three different types and prices, these are also biodegradable therefore kind to environment.

Average - Not worth the RRP of $250
I bought this on special for about $150 and for that price, it's okay but I'd be very disappointed if I paid the RRP of about $250.
The pressure isn't great and I really miss having a "1 shot" or "2 shot" feature - not only because sometimes I forget to manually stop it, but more so because I feel it would provide the right amount of pressure. Also, you can't fit an average sized cup. I currently use an espresso cup to make a coffee which is fine for just me, but annoying when I'm making coffee for guests.
If you're looking for a great coffee machine, this isn't it. You could probably get something better for $150 too.

Ok for home coffee maker
This machine is having good vintage looks especially with the light blue colour that we have. We used it everyday as I am a stay home mum and having considerable time to make a great coffee. Coffee produced perfectly as you need to not overfill the coffee holder.
The steam could not work simultaneously with espresso making makes it hard to multitask. After finish just prepare a wet cloth and wipe out the steamer and wash the coffee handler with running water.

Ok while it works
It makes an ok coffee (not great) but we picked it up cheap because we loved the retro look. It is a pest to clean and if you like strong coffee you need to run several times as it only has capacity to make one weak cup at a time. It only lasted about 13months and then developed a fault that tripped the safety switch whenever the machine was turned on. really not worth it.

Coffee Great with some cleaning
I bought this coffee machine from Myer when they have Mid year sale. Decent coffee machine. Reason we bought this because we want to have a total control when we make coffee. My husband loves making coffee and me too. It takes a while to make start running ( heat ok, and steam ok). The coffee taste great just make sure you dont tamp the coffee ground really hard. The steam need to be out first before frothing the milk. make sure there is consistent steam on it. The cleaning is pretty decent as you making coffe from scratch. otherwise, convenient coffee machine.

Works well when it is working
It makes good decent coffee and works well when it is working. However when it doesn't it just spits and sputters. Considering the amount of space it takes up in the kitchen - would have preferred that it be more reliable. The company is however responsive (Helped us repaired it at no cost to us) but it did not improve the performance of the machine. Would have preferred to put the money towards a better quality machine.

Coffee machine worth the money
Its most important trait is the ability to deliver a decent cup of espresso in good time. Has other good options as well, it's really a better choice for you to make espresso drinks as well as the pure stuff. Frother wand seems good with cup steamer. It does have some weaknesses for the pickier coffee lover but for the casual drinker on a budget, it would be an amazing choice.

It makes my day every day.
The machine extracts excellent creamy espresso even if I use a cheaper coffee sometimes.
It's simple to be operated and I couldn't find any difficulties to use it.
I use a damp clothe to clean the surface and the cup tray can be washed directly under running water, easy and fast. The water tank is detachable and easy to be filled with water.

Instant coffee is better
Bought this machine because it was 50% off and it looks cute. Regretted my decision after making a few cups of coffee. Firstly, the water drips too fast so the coffee come out bland. Secondly, the heat pump takes a long time to heat up and temperature drops quite quickly and needed to wait for it to heat up again. Not worth the money. I went back to instant coffee and put it on Gumtree.

Easy to use
I really like using this. It took me a while to perfect my coffees and now I have the hang of it. My friends love it and always request a "fancy coffee". It is affordable and rather easy to clean. I would prefer the machine to make my coffee hot hot but thats a minor complaint.

a very bad buy
we used this espresso machine for less than 2 years doing only 4 or 6 coffees per week. And now, it doesn't work anymore. I thought it just needed a good cleaning (the coffee didn't go through the filter) but it looks that it is the pump itself. And on top of it, since the beginning we've had the frame vibrating and the machine very noisy when running a coffee. Not happy at all with Delonghi as we had the same issue with our Delonghi toaster who dropped dead after only a year of use !!!

My coffee machine is leaking water from the underside of the unit. Where the silver filter is and all around that area? It was working perfectly up until today.

Do you mean from the drip tray that sits under the brew area.
Or from the back near the water tank. Sometimes if that's not pushed down the whole way water will come out of the water tank instead of flowing through the machine check the water tank is connected properly also check the drip tray isn't too full and overflowing through the back of the drip tray.
Please let me know how you go. thank you
I think I used to fine a grind and it’s blown something
