It could have been a 4.5 but post construction has been a nightmare.

From the beginning, we were in discussions with another of the top volume builders who we honestly just felt like a number. Took my wife and I a lot of looking over many, many months. Before by chance we parked out front of a DFH display and decided to take a look. I had issues throughout our whole building process from start to finish. I was building in melbournes western suburbs, would constantly have to wait for responses from our sales consultant. We had fixed site costs from the beginning of 21,500, they conducted a site survey in September 2018 and fixed the site costs.
