The build managed extremely well, excellent communication from Project Manager
Overall very good. No complaints. At all.
Small paint issue, but that is being dealt with.
Company performed very well. There were no real problems to speak of.
Final cost to estimated cost was good.

My experience with Dennis Family was easy right from the start. My sales consultant was the most helpful person, responded quickly to questions and assisted greatly in decisions I needed to make. My site supervisor was amazing at keeping me updated throughout the build and made it almost stress free.

We build our house with dennis family. Selection process was great with [Name Removed]. But there maintenance or after handover service is very poor and disappointing. They left so many things from our inspection saying it’s lockdown but after lockdown was over they says almost everything is out of warranty. Am chasing them from last 11 months in between lockdowns but every time talking to new person. They not keen to help at all. Then they send painter who did absolutely horrible job. And most of the stuff which supposedly to done saying they cannot because it out of warranty. Their door handles and tapwares are cheap quality.

We would like to say a huge thanks to Melissa for her help and expertise with our colour selection. She made the process easy with great recommendations and guidance and was a pleasure to work with.
The selection display room in Shepperton was fantastic with a huge range of choices in all aspects of the build.

From start to finish building with Dennis Family Homes was easy. Nothing was to hard for my sales consultant, Adam Keleher. The colour selection centre was amazing and the colour consultants really listened and helped us come up with a look that was perfect. Our building supervisor was fantastic and kept our job on time, on budget and with great finishes. I couldn’t be happier with our new home. Thanks team.

The ladies were extremely kind and were able to guide us through our consultation.
The showroom was clean and quiet and felt like it was all our own. Any areas where we struggled to make a decision, the girls were able to jump in and provide practical items that would suit our family and style.

From the very beginning of designing and building our DFH we can only say how satisfied we are with the team. The service provided by Grace at DFH and Site Supervisor Ronnie was excellent. The quality of the build is outstanding and was completed within a satisfactory timeline given the difficulties with Covid. We would have no hesitation in recommending DFH to any prospective home builders.

My build with DFH was a really positive experience! From start to finish the team were professional and helpful. Rowie & the admin/accounts team were always on the ball and happy to answer any way! My site supervisor Tom A was a highlight of the building process. Especially throughout the difficulties that arose through COVID Tom's communication was excellent and kept me up to date with everything. He helped educate me throughout the build and made whole process both fun and really exciting. Quality was great and no corners were cut meaning my home and both beautiful and well finished!

In summary if you're looking for a builder in Geelong i thoroughly recommend DFH with Tom as the site supervisor!

Rod was our project manager he was super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. he made our whole experience enjoyable and less stressful. Build was managed perfectly, prompt to rectify any hiccups. Communication was fast and on point. Delays caused by Covid were managed amazingly and the build only slightly delayed. Very happy with the experience. The quality met our expectations, with the finish exceeding them. Overall experience was great, the only negative feedback is the initial electrical appointment which was rushed and things weren’t explained in enough detail and the length of admin related tasks

The build phase of the project was excellent and the site supervisor was very good. The overall quality of the build was as close to perfect as you could expect. The contract phase was well run however the colour and fixtures selection was quite challenging due to Covid and the centre not being open on weekends. We will consider building again with Dennis Family Homes.

Dennis family have done such an amazing job building my very first home. I couldn’t be any happy with the build process. From start to finish the process was so easy and comforting to know my first home was being build by local tradies who’s work ethic and workmanship is second to none. My supervisor kept me in the loop the entire way and made sure that my house was completed on schedule. Any questions or concerns I had were quickly answered. Meeting and choosing Dennis family was by far the best choice and I will happily build with them again and again.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Kelly and Jackie were amazing to help us start out, Mel in the colour room was incredible. Tim, our supervisor, was the best by far. He kept us up to date, answered all of our questions and was always happy to oragnise a walk through with us. Nothing was too hard to get sorted. I am Very happy with my build from start to finish. SS,all trades were so helpful as this was my first build I had a lot of questions and they were all answered when asked, i was lucky that Covid didn’t affect my build. I would recommend Dennis Family Homes

Hi Rowie, The whole process was great, a bit frustrating with Covid but it is what it is. I have built three homes now with Dennis and they have all been great. The sales consultant Grace was fantastic and especially when it came to selecting the right floorplan and attention to details throughout the home. Mat Hallum was our supervisor and he was also terrific. He always kept us informed on how the job was progressing and what trades were booked ahead. The quality of workmanship was at a high standard, the same as the last two homes we built with Dennis. I would have no hesitation on recommending Dennis Family Homes to anyone. The entire build experience went extremely well, from the initial appointment at the Display Home to the handover meeting. All the staff were really easy to communicate with and were very professional and we feel like we have gained some new friends. The staff assisted us with the external problems we encountered and managed the build very well. The tradesman were really wonderful to deal with and were all very professional and respectful of our build site and our neighbours. It was really easy to stay within our budget and the advice from the Colour Consult was invaluable. We love our new home, it is everything we dreamed it would be and the quality of the workmanship is terrific.

My Sales consultant was Sid and Building supervisor Rod. Both were professional and very helpful in answering all my questions as this was my first build. The communication was great throughout the entire process, the cost was competitive and the quality of the build was fantastic. Their standard range of products are great quality which meant I didn't need to make many upgrades. The few minor issues that I picked up within the first few weeks of moving in were resolved quickly by Rod. Overall I am very happy with the construction and would recommend Dennis Family to friends and family.

Sales consultant explained things as many time as we needed it, communication was always prompt & clear! Despite a change in supervisor, the whole process ran smoothly and without any issues or hold ups. Any minor hiccups were resolved promptly! Definitely a high quality build, the final build was quality for money too!

Dennis family homes administration side takes time however they are honest and realistic with wait times, professional and responsive. Build has taken a long time however it’s a good quality build. Communication during the build time has been minimal which can be frustrating as we weren’t told about delays just kind of waiting in the dark .

Alan and Brendan were our site supervisors at Wyndham Vale and we couldn’t have asked for better people to look after our build and us. They were very responsive, respectful, caring and knowledgeable. Thank you for all your work and always bringing a positive can do attitude! We will definitely be back for our next build!

A family business building homes for families I have had such a great experience Darren. Timely updates, accurate information, flexibility, best of products, great tradies. Everyone I talk to is so amazed this has complete so soon. We are so lucky respectfully to have had Darren as our supervisor. Very grateful.
