Your pricers for clock movements are good, but the more I order the more delivery went up they are small and all could be put in a small box. The product cost $45 all up but the delivery is $40 its ridiculous. I won't be shopping with you guys if this is the case from now on ....

Same as all other people, scammed with $99 subscription fee and no response from support.
Trying to escalate through paypal, next step is ACCC

I bought a cheap phone case and 2 weeks later charged 99 AUD for a "first" membership, and I am not interested in signing up to that.
No need to say, I am not happy about this. And already contacted Dick Smith customer centre.
I will have to cancel my card to raise a dispute with the bank, but if Dick Smith does not fix this ASAP I will do that. And contact ACCC too.
Update:
The customer centre swiftly replied and they refunded the 99$ in a few days. I am happy with how responsive they were. I think they need to highlight this membership better during checkout, and probably charge membership fee monthly instead of a bulk yearly payment so people do not feel ripped off.

I too had used this for first time and realised I had also had $99 deducted from my card. I was totally confused about 14 day free trial and still had extra money taken from my card at time of purchase of my item.
I had written a review and had it sent for mediation with Dick Smith. I was pleasantly surprised with the communication from the Help Center. After several emails to and fro I was promised a refund which was returned to my card within days.
So try it with a polite attitude and it may work out.

I was on the market for a new phone & i wanted to get the latest model i could, so i grabbed the S22 ultra. I saw it was on sale for a bargain of $900. I ensured that i clicked "New" on the side before i went to purchase the phone.
When it arrived i noticed it was not in the samsung packaging and it was a little bit scuffed. Dick Smith must be Kogan
Check prices on both sites. Dick Smith worked out cheaper, even if they changed the delivery price for express from $2 to $10 when you have paid through paypal and return to checkout. Lets hope dick smith is better at delivery as well. I forgot to buy extra cleaning pads so hope they get back to me before sending out the unit. Product not recieved yet but will add further comments to when I get it.

I received a text out of the blue to say my item would be dropped off in town. No sender, nothing about who the parcel is from or who it was for. Could have been a scam. I asked who they were. Very abrupt answer - toll. Finally worked out it was from Dick Smith. Additiinally, that drop off point is 20 minutes drive away for me. That is not what I call 'delivery', considering I paid $16.99 for it, and now I have to drive into town and waste half my afternoon. BTW, AusPost delivers to my mailbox at the end of my driveway. I did order some merchandise and I received an email that the goods were on their way to us. I tried to contact the carrier and Dick Smith and I did not get any proper answer. We spent a few days waiting at home to make sure, but there is still no indication of when the goods finally arrive.
We did in the end a part of the order and after numerous emails and phone calls managed to get the rest of the delivery.
I believe that the delivery process needs to be improved to reduce frustration.
When I was finally able to talk to a human being, the people from Dick Smith and the transport company were friendly and polite.

On the 15th of march I ordered a transparent breathable carry/travel bag for My hand raised cockatiel Jewel and It didn't arrive untill yesterday 5/4/22 and to be honest the only reason why I have given 3 stars is because my purchase actually turned up. Otherwise everything else I'm totally unhappy with. For a supposed Australian company like Dick Smith I expected my delivery with in a few days instead of weeks. There was no way to personally speak to anyone about my order and its delivery progress. No ETA on delivery and if you wanted to ask a question all your answers came with a stupid bott honestly get more service from Aus Post Not Happy .
