I have been a customer for a while and just changed plans. Im very happy with the service and pricing is very competitive for both solar feed in and retail power.

I have disconnected and reconnected all services with dodo without a hitch. Attentive and efficient service from courteous staff ensure I am satisfied with the company. I have not hesitation in recommending dodo.

Power and gas connected within 24 hours when we moved.
Not many power outages or for long periods of time.
Usually pre warned of any interruption's.
Recommend to anyone thinking of a new provider.

Seriously, a few years ago these guys were the cheapest, they aren't anymore. I moved house and it was an absolute nightmare having to cancel. Speaking to 3 different people all of them had completely different information.

Throughout my entire time with them, they continually messed up my bills. I would recieve bills, doubled, my concession card they kept failing to attach after calling them four times, random fees that took forever to get removed. Insane.

Gas and Electricity has only been transferred to DoDo very recently. The process of transition went very smoothly and prices are competitive. Looking forward to much cheaper bills in the future.

3-No; all good. Internet is slow some times but not bad

I used other gas providers and electricity providers; my previous electricity company suddenly increased the prices dramatically and gave me 12 days notice! That made me moving to Dodo in gas and electricity.

Residential type of connection.
Still to start with Dodo electricity, so, im still not sure how reliable the power will be.
Set up process was fast and was able to talk to efficient people to set up my electricity to my new rental property.

Everything has been perfect,electricity bills are cheaper.I highly recommend Dodo for power,NBN, mobile and fetch.The customer service is excellent very helpful friendly and polite.as I said I highly recommend everyone join Dodo

We have been with Dodo power and Gas for about 9 months and in all this time supply and service has been excellent. Also have internet which is very reliable

Switched to dodo as they were supposed to be cheaper.
-In the first few days I received numerous calls from their reps trying to push me services I don’t need
-They jacked up the price a few weeks after I signed up
-After I switched to a different provider, I received invoice with rates which are 20% higher than what was in the contract. Good that I bothered to read the fine print

I think dodo has their priorities mixed up. Instead of focusing on customer satisfaction, they try to milk you as fast and as hard as they can.

I will stay away from them for now

Staff are incompetent, can't keep records, never have a Manager available. Disgusting Company, don't even bother - They have no idea how to function or adhere correctly to any legislation. Pathetic in every way.

With dodo from 2010 and still going on. Never disappointed me in term of Customer satisfaction. My complaints were dealt accordingly and they were always upfront about any valid discounts and justified offer. There is still some place for products improvement but customer service is indeed customer focused.

Gas installed recently, but I already have Electricity and even my mobile. my.dodo customer portal has all my services... electricity, mobile, gas... so I can see everything and make payments there too. No issues with my gas.
