I bought a second hand xbox one s from EB games and it has been under 2 months and my xbox has stopped working when I haven’t even used it that much.

Great selection of products & services. The staff at my local store are always polite & friendly, willing to help were needed. Fantastic service considering the current social distancing & seeing their staff impliment measures to limit contact.

girl wouldn't listen to me on the phone was being arrogant and rude, kept telling me to lodge a complaint if iam not happy and kept shutting down the conversation this was on a legitimate query. Guess what you can now shut down the conversation all you want but you will now have a bad review on here with all to see

My niece purchased 2 games on line in October (a little bit of old news), and still to this day one has never arrived. I rang head office, plus the store in Melbourne where it was to be sent from and they never had an order placed, even though she had a receipt for her purchase. We were just told to keep on ringing, supplied them with all the info but still nothing. All this for a $12 dollar game (Fishing Master), would have been cheaper to purchase it new.... So Not Good Enough....

I ordered a copy of a Nintendo 3DS game and it came with the wrong game. EBGames never offered for a refund, instead of asking I send back wrong game.

I used ‘click and collect’ (isolation is a serious business!) - it was easy, the communication on when I could pick up the product was prompt, and the transaction was safe. Will buy again!

Bought 4 t-shirts online due to greater selection. They arrived before the date given. My favourite is through Fallout Nuka Cola t-shirt. I have cut out the neck lines, trimmed the arms and waist to make then look more edgy and wear them over long sleeved tops that really make them pop. Vibrant and left of centre. I think I'll get the many moods of Mike Myers next lol.

Paid the $15 for postage and still think I got a good deal.

Ordered a refurbished Nintendo switch online, came in good time, however, later i found out one of the joy-con was broken, got fixed for free, and all was well and good, about 2 weeks later, i tried out the dock for the first time.
Found out it was broken too. It wasnt charging the switch like it was supposed to and refused to connect to the tv, even with all the nintendo cords.
Would not recommend buying "refurbished" products.

Ordered a $25 xbox game second hand for my kids, but got absolutely gouged on shipping costs. The ETA on the parcel was messaged pretty clearly, but I don't recall ever agreeing to pay 60% on top of the game cost to get it posted. Absolutely sucks.

Always easy to speak to and website is a breeze to navigate. Any returns or issues always resolved with no problem and love that all proof of purchase is saved on their database.

Great quality and prices, been many times o a variety of stores. Sad to see many stores have closed but hope to remain in service. All have kinda staff and support!

Every time I buy something from EB it’s almost immediately dodgy. My most recent purchase was a WD 2TB passport for my PS4. Within a week I had problems. Mostly the external hardrive being “disconnected and needing repairing”...I always make sure to be careful turning and unplugging anything ps4 to avoid corruption so this should not have been a problem. Now all the games installed on it are completely inaccessible as the device does not even show up. It’s possible the cord needs replacing but why should I need to replace parts on something I just bought?

50% of the time i order my items online from EB rather then going into the stores. Every time i order i get exactly what i ordered and fast! Will continue to use the online store for items.

Brought A20 wireless headset for my daughter for Christmas and the headset power does not turn on I have tried everything I rang ebgames and they said I have to contact the headset company their in America .... when will my daughter be able to use her $250 headset their should be a return policy in store and replacement I shouldn’t be doing the stores job I’m a consumer when I purchased these headsets I expected them to work and ebgames should replace them if they don’t !! I will be buying from competitors with appropriate return policies next time !!!

Prices are more expensive thank a local retailer. Discussed this and showed the staff their competitors prices. They could care less. Spent over $300 at the competition. Poor form EB Games.
