I just love my new home! Built the Forsyth 31, and from start to finish was relatively stress free! I didn't choose too many upgrades at the options day, so there were no surprises in the pricing. The whole build went smoothly, and finished in good time despite covid/weather delays. Although the build took sometime to complete in the covid climate, the team at Eden brae behind the scenes and its selected suppliers did a great job in tough condition's to handover a quality design and colouring scheme as the house was designed via phone and email.
Jon Vilo's communication and availability made the building process a great experience, i couldn't fault him as a building supervisor. Quality tradesmenship and attention to detail assited in minimal issues in completion.

We have recently just had handover and couldn't be happier with our home, it looks amazing! I will say that the admin process was slow. It was almost 1 year between colour selections and slab being poured. But once Construction started, taking into consideration covid, we really saw things moving. While everyone we had dealt with was helpful, our biggest thank you would go to our site supervisor, Josh W. He was easy to deal with, accommodating and maintained regular contact with us. He picked up errors along the way and was quick to get them fixed. He made the process as smooth as possible. He was great to deal with. He is an asset to EBH and a great advocate for the company.

Extremely happy with admin in the early stages, we had two site supervisors over the course of the build and both were absolute legends. Nothing was too difficult and they were very responsive and helpful. Very happy with the build and the finished product. Would recommend EB to anyone thinking of building.

Be nice to your CSA. You'll live longer.
Joanne Forrest our CSA has been extremely helpful. Whilst PCV vendors were slow and the whole HOG process being clunky due to covid, Jo was helpful and patient throughout.
As a builder friend said "It's a lot of house for the money".

The whole team of Eden Brae were amazing but the lady that looked after us went above and beyond to explain everything to us every step of the way.
The final cost was alright because we expected it with the extras that we wanted.
We haven’t got our house built yet but if this is the indication of what’s to come we are very excited and grateful.

Although we had some plumbing issues and other minor issues post handover they were rectified promptly and to our satisfaction. Our Customer Service Manager Jim Winner was very organised and fantastic and to deal with. Our Site supervisor Jay Dunstone had great attention to detail and often picked up problems and had them fixed before we even noticed them. When we did have any issues they were fixed straight away without any questions asked and the quality of the build is mostly great apart from painting defects. Overall we are very happy with our new house and can't thank Jay and Jim enough for making our build a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Jon did an amazing job of keeping us updated and pushing construction along at a strong pace. Site inspections were smooth and he always updated us on what to expect next, making the whole process stress free and leading to a good expectation on what would be happening at each stage. Our build was not without delays but show me a build that isn't these days!
We knew what was going on throughout the build our supervisor was very transparent and provided us consistent updates, which put any concerns we may have had to bed.
We have been in 6 weeks now and only have a few minor things that needed to be addressed all of which our site supervisor has dealt with. We really are happy with our build, and can call the house a home now.

We just got released to construction and It took about 4.5 months to do all our admin stuff after the land got registered. We are not complaining! We expected the process to take time. We had Joanne Forrest as our CSA and she was amazing. The communication was quick and she reassured us whenever we have concerns. Whenever we need something or we need to ask her she’s available for us. Happy Clients! Bring on the building process!

Eden brae has helped build our dream home. The process from start to finish has been long and overwhelming but Eden Brae have done their best to make the experience as seamless as possible. From the very start our sales person really helped in customising our house plans to suit our block and gave us a tender that was pretty close to our end contract price. Our admin team was great responding to every question I had. Unfortunately, our house planning began during covid lockdown, this was scary knowing we had to make all our selections over zoom...

It’s been very good journey we have and we have just received our keys to the house. Site supervisor, [Name Removed] has been absolutely amazing and very well communicated throughout the built with detailed explanation and if any issues always provide alternate solution or keep us up to date till issues been resolved in timely manner. He is very responsive to emails and phone calls and so does our CSA, [Name Removed] with emails. We couldn’t have done it without all the good team at Eden Brae.

Eden brae has provided us with our dream home and we couldn’t be happier. The process to get from start to finish has been long but worth it. From the very start our CSA Samantha has been professional and quick with responses. Since starting construction our site supervisor Joshua has been great in all aspects from timely responses to any questions, accuracy in the fortnightly updates and also ensuring the quality of the trades. Our experience has been a good one thanks to the people we’ve dealt with. We would recommend Eden brae based off our experience.

Dealing with Eden Brae Homes from Day 1 was an excellent experience for us. We visited their Spring Farm Wembley display home and were greeted by Kayla G. who was very friendly and showed us around. We instantly loved the modern feel and finish of the home. We looked at competitors offers and designs, however EBH design and layout is something that appealed to us.
