We have been in our home for some months now and are over the moon with the quality of our new home. Well done Elderton Homes. Our building supervisor Allan was the best ever!! His vast knowledge of the building industry made sure everything was done correctly, safely and on time. Allan answered our questions and fixed any issues immediately. So easy!
Kylie, our Construction Client Relations Officer was excellent to deal with. Our questions were answered promptly and she kept us up to date on our build with progress photos and projected work.

Partner and I, bought a house and land package late last year. We had a bit of trouble in the beginning with the land side of things mainly due to the developer but Elderton, have been accommodating to make the process run smoothly. We are currently still in the beginning of the whole process as we are in the pre-constuction stage now. Overall, we are happy with choosing Elderton, and pleased with the staff members on board. Client relations manager, Karlene has been extremely nice and helpful as well as Brett, Anna and Genessa, thanks guys!

To us, what is the important thing is the Supervisor who deals with us. Corrado (our Warranty Manager) is just OUSTANDING. He is friendly, hard working, approachable and very professsional. I would highly recommend elderton homes. We had a few issues along the way but the team at elderton did everything possible to rectify the problems. Dealing with taanii was an absolute pleasure. Taanii was prompt at answering my emails and answered every concern I had. Brett my site manager was also amazing. I love my new home and the quality is great!

We built our house with Elderton Homes, they are easy going person. Tannii had always been kind and helpful through the whole construction process, even after house hand over. And Allan is a great project manager to get the house delivered on time with great quality. They demonstrated great professionalism and care for the customer.

“My sister and I decided the timing was right to find an investment property in the western suburbs that was affordable and would help progress the financial future of our families. Elderton Homes came up on Facebook. They were selling house and land packages in Riverstone. We went to view what was on offer, loved the home product and purchased two packages in the same block. The price was right and we both liked the living room spaces at the front and back of the home design. At the start we had a few teething problems, new staff were appointed and everything got back on track very quickly. The team has been helpful in every possible way.

We had the best experience with Elderton Homes over the last few years. They built us our dream home exactly how we imagined and everything was top quality. There were a few hiccups and delays along the road - as expected with any build, but these were fixed very promptly by the team and the communication was excellent. Their customer service was brilliant and everything was finished to such a high standard, exactly as we asked. We love our new home and have now been happily living in it for a year.

These guys built my first home. All in all a very smooth process. They are good builders and very responsive with a lot of variety to offer. Faced a few delays nearing handover and the costs were slightly more expensive compared to other builders. However they are always willing to go the extra step to provide customer satisfaction. Nice office in Bella Vista with plenty of parking and a great staff. The level of organisation and detail their staff has is amazing. Would possibly return if building again.
