Best Buy ever
I looked at Dyson, and glad I didn't spend the extra money now. It's lightweight, easy to use. Good suction and works well on my tiles, carpet and shaggy rug. No more running out of cord or bending and hurting my back to vacuum. It actually makes me want to vacuum. I love it!

Almost Perfect
I bought this Vacuum in the last week or so, and I have never loved an appliance as much as I love this, it's a cordless vac and it suits my needs perfectly, I vacuum everyday now and it is so easy to get it up and down my two flights of internal stairs which are all carpeted, so I had to look for a stick vac that would cope with that, not only did I get the usual attachments I also got a smaller cleaning head that is so suitable for the stairs I can't believe it, and also a short hose for cleaning my car, it has a 48 minute run time on low but...Read more
only 15 minutes if you have it at full throttle, but even saying that at low speed I get my whole 3 levels done in one go, and as your using the vac you can actually see how much battery life you have left so you can pop it on the charging base if you need to without it just stopping without warning, also once it's charged up i turn the charging base off and I let it sit for a whole day and next morning I used it to vac and it was still fully charged,, so basically you wouldn't need it charging 24/7 and once it's fully charged the unit keeps intermittently flashing anyway so you know the battery is full and that gets a bit distracting if it's within eyesight so that's why once it's fully charged I will turn the power off to it, and I know it can sit till the next day and still be fully charged, the roller brush in the power head is something my barrel vac is missing and since I got my stick vac the carpet here at home has not looked this good since it was newly laid. This stick vac was going to be just my second vac with my larger barrel cleaner to be my (use it every 10 days) for the deeper clean, but seriously I am so impressed with how the stick vac cleans, I don't think I need my other barrel cleaner, i'm cleaning everyday with the stick cleaner so I don't think I need to be doing anything else, the dust bin though is smallish and I am emptying it frequently, but that just goes to show how much it's actually picking up off the floors, lino and carpet, and a bonus when I bought it on sale was I got the extra 2 years of product service for half price, so instead of 2 year warranty I have 4 year's, I no complain about my little cleaner it's not heavy and moves well around furniture and is perfect for the stairs with the smaller power head that attach's to the handheld unit of this vac, oh and it has headlights so u can see under furniture and in dark hallways etc.

Brilliant
So versatile. Easy to do a quick daily vacuum in my craft room & hand held accessory picks up bird seed on verandah. Great price for such a useful vacuum cleaner.

Great vacuum
I bought this while pregnant as I needed an easy to use vacuum that was lightweight. I use this on tiles and carpet. I find it works really well on both surfaces. We have a cat that sheds a lot of hair and it picks it up really well on tiles. This vacuum is more effective on tiles than carpet but still does a good job. The only downside is it can be a bit of a pain to clean the filters.

Great stick vacuum
I initially set out to get a Dyson as so many people rave about them but found this little gem and am so happy I did!
Love the fact that the vacuum stands up in it's charger and I don't have to attach it to the wall like so many others. When vacuuming there is a light that goes on so you can see the dust in dark corners, it's fantastic. I have laminate floors and it's perfect. It works well on my mats as well. The chamber is smallish but it's easy to empty out and clean.

Just what I wanted!
I am very pleased with this appliance. I have had it for eight months now and use it a few times a week to freshen up floors (carpeted or tiled) in my apartment. Suction and charge time are both excellent and the hair cutting facility works well. I am amazed at the amount of dust I pick up. I use my barrel vacuum cleaner to clean the filter - and now for little else.

Some reservations
As someone who has arthritis in my fingers, I struggle to separate the filter parts for cleaning. Also, the hose becomes blocked with pet hair and needs regular cleaning, which is also difficult for me. I find the high maintenance aspect of this product somewhat negates the benefits.

Poor design, not durable at all
Today, suddenly I noticed a burning smell when using it. Now the unit keeps shorting itself out. Additionally, despite their claims of a self cleaning roll brush, the roll brush is constantly clogged with hair and needs to be manually cleaned out. Never had this problem on my old dysons.

Conked out after 2 weeks. Won't fully charge.
Actually bought this a year or two ago and only pulled it out of its box 2 weeks ago. Worked well for a couple of weeks on both tiles and carpet in my small apartment and then boom! now won't fully charge. Have to eyeball the charger and run over constantly to replace for charger. Cuts out recharging after a few seconds or minutes. What a waste of money. Will not buy Electrolux again.

Over a period of time cleaner losing power and only working for a limited time which was getting less and now only working for approximately 1 minute. Do batteries need to be replaced?
