Quick and easy
When ever I can I will book through this site. The partnership with zip pay has made it more desirable as well. It's been really good to give the people I love the opportunity to experience this wonderful country. I have never had a problem and I love how much variety there is.

Easy to book
Recently I booked through Experience Oz for a few holiday activities at Rotorua New Zealand. It's so easy to book and the confirmations just came through right away. I could pay in A $ (my local currency) without worrying about the conversion rate and service charge.

No barcode, no access
I recently purchased tickets for Sydney Aquarium. After lining up for a substantial period of time (school holidays) I was not permitted access and needed to move over the Pre Paid line as the tickets didn’t have a scannable barcode.
Then go back into the original line.
Huge waste of an hr for a simple, solvable issue.

Your 'pre-paid' ticket enables you to enter via the ‘pre-paid’ tickets line, bypassing the often very long direct ticket sales queue. The functionality to provide barcoded tickets for this attraction isn’t currently available, however, this is something we are working hard towards to ensure we are providing our valued customers with an even faster entry experience.Similar opinion? It’s actually easier than you think
We recently went to Gold Coast and hoped on experience oz to see what was around to do? We managed to book Dracula’s and got tickets to Australia zoo with extra upgrades free of charge while booking with them, it’s so much easier than you think and your tickets are sent to you promptly, they also detail everything you will be receiving and have reviews before you buy! Would definitely use again and highly recommend

Online for melbourne sealife and avoided the queue, enjoyed a lot within 12 hours planning! Just booked night before for cheap!

I booked 2 tickets online for Lone Pine Sanctuary in Brisbane. The procedure is very easy and without issues.
I brought the email with the voucher to the Sanctuary and they printed to me without problem. Very good service.

Awesome! Loved both adventures
Wyndham cruise was awesome. Currumbin wildlife sanctuary was awesome. Booked both online. Saved $10 at CWS. Booking online saved a lot of hassle. I can’t wait to go on more adventures next time I visit the Gold Coast.

Extremely poor service and unreliable
I booked online tickets to the Sydney Aquarium using Experience Oz and they emailed me a receipt which did not have an entry barcode on it. Due to that when I arrived at the aquarium I had to stand in a queue for approx. 45minutes to get another ticket for entry. I rang the team at Experience Oz while I was in the queue and asked them if I gave them the voucher number could they send me a barcode to my mobile phone which would have been acceptable but they told me to ring the NRMA because I had gotten a discount for being an NRMA member. I did ring the NRMA and they tried to help but ultimately it was a product sold by Experience Oz so I needed to get them to do it. The NRMA tried to ring Experience Oz for me and they also got the run around.. It appears that once Experience Oz have taken your money they have no interest in whether you enjoy the experience or have trouble with it and have a care factor of zero. I would never use them again and I suggest anyone looking at buying anything from them should think again or try to buy from the actual place themselves as Experience Oz are only a middle man making money from the venues but providing nothing for their commission, not even reasonable customer service. is useless to receive a complaint and do absolutely nothing about your processes when people are complaining. The NRMA told me they have calls such as mine to them continuously about the same issue. I would expect when a problem with your process is pointed out to you, you would take steps to fix it not just sugar coat it. You need to address this properly, if you can't print a barcode then at least speak with the attraction and have them accept the printed receipt as the entrance ticket and they can convert it themselves into a ticket once you have given it to them and entered if they absolutely need a ticket for their records. It is ridiculous to stand in line and exchange one piece of paper for another. All it takes is some common sense and a little bit of effort for someone from your company to speak with sealife and get this sorted out. It can't be good for your business, either of you, to operate the way you are, It turns people off and ultimately you will both lose business. I am offering you a solution but it is up to you to decide if you change things. If you don't like my suggestion, no problem, but come up with one yourself, please do not just say or believe there is nothiing you can do to improve things because that is not right and very bad customer service. My go-to experiences website
I first booked a dreamworld deal that was so unbelievable I worried it was a scam... and I am so glad I did book! Since then, in the last 2 weeks of my holidays I have booked Australia Zoo, Brisbane Wheel and Crystal Palace tickets at bargain prices, especially as I have ExperienceOz credit points applied and then the odd 5% off sale makes bookings truly a bargain. I now first check Experienceoz before Groupon and retailmenot. For example, Crystal Palace family tickets are $78, but on EXperienceOz are $68, withcredit points it was just over $62. Total bargain!!! And cheaper if I waited for another of their 5% off deals

Easy to book with and all details sent quickly and complete
Booked a wine day trip and the whole experience was very good. In the end we weren't picked up from where we were told and had to walk to the depot, luckily we weren't too far away from there so no biggy.

The only company I’II use to book AUS tours
I have booked over six tours and attractions with this Australian company and have always had a wonderful experience. I will continue to use them and recommend them to all my family and friends. Also there online site is quick and easy to navigate especially for someone like myself who isn’t tech savvy... My husband and I were gifted one of your tours (Burlesque Showboat Cruise) for Christmas 2018 but due to very personal reasons, we have not as yet booked the Cruise and are very unlikely that we will book it at all. It has nothing to do with your company, it is just very bad timing!! We were wondering if it is at all possible to get a refund for the cruise and have the refund returned to my son and daughter in law who were the ones that purchased the gift.

Hi Chelsea. That is strange. Id check at your end if payment for tickets has actually gone through as sometimes it doesnt and that could be why you dont have your tickets. If it has send Experience Oz an email telling them tickets not received using "contact us" at bottom of page. Also check you have given them your correct email to reply to.
