Initially the build was manage by other staffs. Honesty the services was normal, but when they are hand over to Hollie and David. Their services are great, Hollie will update us weekly. While David will request a meet up to explain the building procedures. Will make it easier for us to understand what to expect during the build period.

Our sales experience was not ideal - unnecessarily lengthy.
Moving onto the head office - our first CSO was less than ideal to work with, we decided to not build with Fairhaven then a new CSO was appointed and things started looking up.
During the build: A lack of communication from day 0 from our first site supervisor, this continued through most of the build - our CSO would fill us in on things that 'had happened' because the SS had told her it happened, but sure enough we would go to site and see that nothing had changed.

I really liked the set out of a home that would've been built by another company but when I checked, that company had a very average rating. Fairhaven's was much higher. It soon became apparent that, due to a large number of alterations, I needed to be looked after by the Fairhaven Special Projects (FSP) division. Our build was managed very well, the workers that we had to deal with were all kind and understanding, as well as professional. They ensured that we were informed every process, and kept us updated. Responses to the little to big questions that we had were all answered in detail and quickly, which helped to be less stressed. After fixing all the problems I supposed to write it so I had a wait and now almost finished my journey. Unfortunately I cannot write Best review for them.

My house handed over to me in Nov 2022. After the handover, I had issues with plaster works and a few other things.

I moved into my property about 2.5 years ago. My build time was about 10 months for a 22sq house. I had about 3 supervisors changed during the build and communication was poor. The house quality by building inspector was given as low to average. Had to contact the director of the company as I was sick of the lies told by the supervisors. Fairhaven homes was recommended by a friend and everything went smoothly until the construction started. Don’t get pleased by their customer service or their 4.3 stars, wait till they start building and then you will regret choosing Fairhaven homes. From the very first meeting with the sales office to the final walk through of our brand new home almost everything was near perfect.
