Our building process was professionally managed and stress free. Many thanks to Natalie Weiss our client relations officer and our building manager Craig Gordon. Natalie allways kept us informed throughout the process and executed her role really well. Craig did an exelent job with the building. The entire building process was well organised in a timely manner. He went beyond our expectation to ensure the build quality was above standard. We are very very happy wirh our new home. We definately recommend FAIRHAVEN to anyone looking for a stress free and quality built house.

Our build was very well managed by the supervisor Robert Cleland and Nikki. It was a smooth process and were well updated along building process.
Robert was so professional and understanding throughout even after moved in found out that the corinthians door was not in great and mentioned to Robert, he came and checked and he ordered a new door which certainly describes how he values his customers specially when paid a fortune.
I'm looking forward to build again with Fairhaven soon and will definitely request Robert Cleland as the supervisor.

Overall building construction has been OK to me even though some hiccups here and there due to various reasons.. At the start constructions was delayed and handing over was a bit as well. but no rush on my side. Quality is seems to be good but I have just been handed over the keys and did not move in. I hope inspectors done their job.. Correspondence and construction updates are amazing! Very promptly. Construction cost is the same as estimated and no unnecessary variations requested. I appreciate the fact that soil leveling all around the house was done after the construction.

The price was very competitive when we compared with other builders, there was great communication by Nikki B and other staff, they went out of their way to follow through with getting information and answering any questions we had. We experienced great customer service and a very professional approach by the Fairhaven team.

Our house is a 33 square double storey that took approximately 7 months to complete, from ground work to handover. We are very happy with the end product., and we would recommend Fairhaven homes. Erin & Natalie in the office were fantastic at keeping us informed and our site foreman was brilliant. We are confident that if there are any issues that arise in the future, then Fairhaven will continue with their outstanding service

DURING CONSTRUCTION FOUND TOO MANY PROBLEMS, THEY BUILD MY HOUSE AS A SECOND HAND HOUSE. AFTER HAND OVER MY HOUSE STILL NO ONE COME TO FIX OUR CURENT ISSUE. ALSO SERVICE DEPARTMENT NOT GIVE US ANY UNSWER. THE ENTRANCE DOOR INSTALLED OFFSET AND THREE TIMES MODIFY BUT STILL REMAIN SAIM PROBLEMS.

STRUCTURAL ISSUE

After a month into my house, everything has been good so far. Built started 7th August 2022 and Handover was on 18th of Dec 2022.
The building supervisor Robert Cleland did a fantastic job and did everything he could to make sure all my concerns were addressed and rectified. The customer relation officer Hollie Kohler was very responsive to call and e-mails. She called every week for updates. I would recommend fairhaven homes as a quality builder.

Our Supervisor Billy was very organised and awesome. Quality was of a high standard. Had no issues during construction. Our CRO Janelle was Superb and lovely to deal with, kept us updated every week, and prompt response time with everything. Cost was as expected. Our colour consultant made our job very easy, and we are very happy with the outcome. Billy informed us about independent inspection after completion that you carryout which I haven't heard off, very pleased with the process. We are more than happy to recommend Fairhaven Homes to everyone, Kind Regards Hass & Suranga.

We have started the journey of building our home with Fairhaven and it has so far been excellent .Natalie has been so helpful and has always tried her best to accomadate our requests. She has been very prompt with all communication. Very excited to now proceed to the next step of construction and hopefully it will be smooth as the administration stage.

Extremely happy with the whole build process. Fairhaven were easy to deal with, very professional and completed the build in a shorter time than expected. They were mindful of our budget and delivered a quality product for less than what we had discussed. We would definitely build with them again.
