Price was best around and the quality of coverage matched the expensive policies. The support person explained all options and did not push me to add on anything that I wasn't after.

Easy to set up, good price. Of course there is no way to know how good any insurance is until you go through the claiming process. Fingers crossed I don't have to do that!

We are extremely grateful we had decided to get fastcover as our comprehensive travel insurance. 3rd week of our holiday in the Philippines, our daughter got acutely unwell and was confined in the hospital for 6 days. Fastcover did everything for us, even followed us up with all our needs, communication was excellent. Indeed a proactive professionals and highly efficient. From private hospital bills, accommodation and rescheduled plane tickets all got covered by them, no sweat. I highly recommend this travel insurance to everyone! :)

Once confirmed that I had a broken ankle Fast Cover needed info from a doctor and also I had to confirm that I was licensed Because of time difference I had to deal with a lot of different staff

On a recent trip to Bali I sustained a minor injury getting off a scooter. I called fast cover and they were very helpful with the advice and guidance they offered. Although I didn't end up making a claim, they did follow up with me by phone and email to check that I was ok. It was very reassuring knowing that they were there if I needed them.

The website was quick and easy to use. We found the Comprehensive insurance was very reasonably priced.
Haven't traveled yet but hope we won't need to find out how good their claims division is.

A simple and easy process to get cover with Fast Cover Travel Insurance, only took a couple of mouse clicks to select the best cover for my upcoming trip.
Easy website to navigate and find the information you are after.
The only thing that could be improved would be a drop-down to select the country you are travelling to (as an alternative choice to region, perhaps), as I needed to do a little research to confirm which region I needed to select.
Unable to comment on the claim process, as my trip is still a few months away.

I have just taken out a Comprehensive Policy for Back to Back cruises in March/April 2020. Numerous policies have been taken out over the years with Fast Cover and I can say I have had excellent service from every representative to whom I have spoken. I have never had to make a claim but currently 75 years old, I think it is essential to have travel insurance.

Easy to use site, pick what you need, what you dont. Value for money, always a good experience. Just select your destination area, amount of people travelling and then add any extras you want to specify. Job done!

Fast cover is the only travel insurance l have ever used since 2016.... their ease to purchase online is always so appealing to me, one day l did quickly whilst checking in.
I have never had any issues when It comes to making a claim and even whilst overseas they are very responsive via email if you have any concerns or questions on what will be covered during a current trio incident.
