Fast Cover website is very user friendly and gives you the flexibility to tailor the policy to your individual needs. I needed to amend my policy after purchase and the wait time on the telephone was very short. Totally unheard of these days. The staff member who assisted me was helpful, professional and friendly. I haven't travelled yet so I cannot comment on making a claim.

I found this website and insurance to be easy to understand and know what your covered for. Easy to get around website and check if it's suitable. Good value for what we needed

I've fortunately not had to use the issuance, but the inclusions have been great and affordable. After needing to modify a trip, Emma provided great customer service and assistance, with good follow up. In a world where good customer service seems to be dying, this was refreshing!

It was certainly very clear and straight forward to set up. Haven't had to claim at this stage. Like all insurances, hopefully we don't have to.

After checking a few comparison sites, it was a no-brainer to choose Fast Cover for my upcoming cruise. For my particular traveller profile, the cover was offered at the best price, easily beating all the major competition.
Cruising for a couple of seniors....no sky diving, nor motorcycle riding...LOL
I needed medical and Covid as a prerequisite...the rest, like missed ports, lost luggage, drowned camera or phone......I don't need.....I'm a careful senior....and I don't drink.

Still discriminating the unvaccinated when the pandemic has been declared as over. Very disappointing.

Researching the product was easy due to the clearly presented and detailed info online. Purchasing was seamless by phone - Jay was friendly, respectful, knowlegable and professional. I chose this company because it won recent awards plus other companies had concerningly bad reviews. We won't be travelling to Europe until next year.

Rubbish cover, when you've paid over $500 premiums for a 3 week trip. Check their depreciation clauses, typically 60% on most items when you make a claim, even though the item is the same if not more to replace then what you've purchased it for. That means they will only pay out a few dollars after the excess is taken for several hundred dollar items.

Compared multiple travel insurance policies for upcoming overseas trip. Fast Cover in my opinion was the best option that suited us. The coverage was extensive all at a affordable price.
