First Choice Liquor
Online store, Physical store (See All)Reviewer Photos & Videos
I have used First Choice online service for about 2 years. Then there was a delivery problem. One phone call and it was sorted quickly, proffessionally, and the items replaced. Very impressed.
There's no email address or chat to contact them - and it's out of hours. They've just taken my money twice and yet said my checkout was a failure. It's also the last few hours for a FlyBuys promotion. I'm done.
I am still waiting for my over 6000.00 bonus points that you advertise that if you spend such in such you get points.

Ordering and PAYING is efficient.
Delivery is via Shippit / Australian Post and unfortunately this a disaster.
In fairness First Choice follow as best they can up but tracking and delivery is poor.
Well they just didn't turn up with our order.
We are on COVID iso so can't go to the nearest post office to collect the order.
I will never use First Choice again.
Some months ago I purchased on order online with the lure of "special online price". This didn't happen and when I queried the lady at Keppera, all I got was "Not our problem. We just pack it". Last Friday I ordered on line. It was accepted and I was later told the Smithy's I ordered was not available, but I could have some German beer instead. Not interested! When I went to get my order, I looked in the cold room and sure enough, there was a Smithy's Draught. On Saturday morning I got a message to say my order was ready, so I went back on Sund...
Read moreay to sort it out. I started to tell the guy that it was collected, but he cut me off and just wanted my I.D. They then proceeded to get my partial order when a woman stepped in and told me I had picked it up. I WAS TRYING to TELL THEM THAT, but all she could say was "it's not our problem. It's the click and collect mob." I left before I really lost my cool. Lo and Behold, I received another message this morning to tell me my order is ready to be picked up.

I ordered a dozen wine of what I thought was 2022 vintage [as advertised] only to be delivered 2020 vintage. While I acknowledge it says in "fine print" that they don't guarantee the vintage you ordered is what you will receive they should not infer that that vintage is in stock. If it's out of stock then advertise the vintage you have in stock. With wine you may not want that particular year and prefer another year or brand. In my view it's a form of misleading advertising.
Consecutive 2 special orders could not be filled at Chancellor. The second order, I was emailed that they would do me a good deal and replace the $23 bottles with $12 wine ! False advertising both times . Disgusting …buyers beware.

Ordered online and patiently waited.
Asked 3 weeks later for my delivery. Ignored.
Rang again. Ignored.
Emailed. No response.
Letter of complaint posted.
No response. Ignored.
Applied 2 months later for reversal from my bank. Got money back in 3 days.
Will never shop there again
Horribly stressful experience and bordering criminal

We placed an order with them and had to ring them up a few hours later when wee didn’t get that text confirmation to be told they cancelled the order because they didn’t have it in stack. When asked why they didn’t send us a text notifying us that this was the case, he replied, thats not my job to do that.
Never again First choice

Price matching Wild Turkey Zero's is a hit and miss affair at Waurn Ponds especially when the ticketed price is different at check out. I have had a problem with this salesperson on several occasions and can't believe she still has employment. Honoured the tag but took her time and has the worst attitude. Funnily enough wouldn't price match IGA on a 10 pack of Wild Turkey Zero cans but Ironically Liquor Land has them for $56, shame, think Your company is a subsidiary of Coles and Liquor Land?

I had an issue with an online delivery. First Choice customer service went above and beyond when dealing with this matter. (Sent incorrect items)Replaced and even sent me a small surprise. This was sorted in record time.
Thankyou for dealing with this so promptly.
Regards
Dave
if you try to log on it just keeps rejecting it so you re register but still rejects it . then they say not available in qld they can definatley manipulate there logon site to suit themselves so it must be a scam type site. i did manage to buy a couple of times but tried at least 12 times. i dont have or know how to drop or drag receipt
Very unfortunate I have to join the dog-pile on First Choice Liquor's online delivery. I can understand deliveries taking some time to get items picked and ready. I wasn't expecting every other bit of incompetence.
Firstly, the address system on the website just... doesn't work. I moved recently, and remembered to edit my delivery address to my new place of residence. I triple-checked on the step before checkout to make sure I had the right address in there, and despite everything, the order still went through using my old address.
I suspect...
Read more editing your main delivery address doesn't fully wipe the old details out, so I encourage everyone to just create a new address in this situation. This issue SEEMED to be resolved quickly once I emailed in. I am thankful for that, although my order confirmation didn't reflect the change, so who knows if the fix actually went through. I don't think I'll ever know after the next set of screw-ups. 5 business days after the order, I received an SMS (a very long time, although understandable in the current pandemic environment) where I was told one of my ordered bottles was no longer available and whether I'd like to substitute it to a slightly more expensive bottle. I had the proposed substitute previously and didn't love it. I was presented with two other options - "refund this item", or "cancel this order".Questions & Answers

I have tried to leave a review on your site about your Toowong store, but it hasn't been posted, what have I done wrong?
