Should be zero stars
Paid money and received a confirmation email regarding a change of flight. Became anxious when the actual ticket wasn’t forwarded to me so I spent a lot of hours waiting online to follow this up. Turns out that they took the money, didn’t change my flight and then left it up to me to do all of the follow up. Ended up taking the loss and cancelled my ticket and booked directly through airline. The $100 saved initially has turned into an expensive nightmare. Never again!!!!

FlightNetwork is a scam, don’t use it. I have booked a ticket with FlightNework 7 months ago, then I cancelled. I haven’t got refunded yet despite calling them every single week.

it has been 1.5 years now and I am still waiting for a refund for a flight that was cancelled in June of 2022. I have spent so many hours on the phone to their customer support team over this period of time and they just keep telling me that i should get it any day now which doesn't happen.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS WHICH WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY

The worst agent ever!
Airline cancelled our flight. Flight network hasn't done anything to find a different one even though I inform them 3 months before the date of flight. Now they don't want to refund money for this flight. Completely unhelpful!
Frustrating, slow, unhelpful
NEVER BOOK WITH FLIGHT NETWORK. Slow, unhelpful and incredibly frustrating.
I had 2 things I needed to change with my flights:
1. name on ticket
2. reschedule the return date
You're unable to make changes on the website so you have to wait for hours on the phone to speak to someone. The person you speak to can never help you straight away - it's almost a triage service because they always refer you to another team who has to call you back. You're stuck waiting for DAYS. Then there's extra fees for changes - which would be free if you go through the airline directly. The service is ridiculous given how much you pay for the tickets.

I bought this app for a peace of mind because I got scared of many post covid airline chaos.
But, it breached the trust, I ended up paying for extra one-way ticket to Australia.
My qantas return trip got cancelled 28 May 2023.
Of course, Qantas did not email. It was within my prediction. However, What I did not know is that the app was also negligent about informing the customer.
I had to buy one way ticket from Asiana at the airport, in the process, my family who came to see me off went through a hell for two hrs, because we did not know
Booked us twice on same flights and won’t refund the second. Possibly illegal and checking now.
We booked a flight on Nov 11 to Bali on Batik Air which diverted us to Flight Network and when we went to pay we got an error message about the credit card or some problem. We waited a minute and went back and booked again using a different credit card and it processed as expected. Today I went to book my wheelchair assistance only to find out that they have now debited flights from both credit cards and have refused to refund the second booking as they say the tickets are non-refundable. Batik Air say there should be no problem refunding the money but Flight Network say that’s not their policy to refund and bad luck. No cancellations, no refunds - we stupidly booked two prem-ec return tickets with them and it looks like they will pocket our money after my father was in a serious car accident and not expected to survive.
Customer service is a brick wall - absolutely immovable.

I cancelled a flight due to my own fault within 30 mins of making the booking, im still a month later waiting, you can't contact anyone, they dont help do not use them.

Avoid Flight network. Thieves who do not refund owed money and do not investigate concerns about no refunds. Staff from around who receive a commission so will do what ever they can to get your flight. Dishonest and scammers.

Emails asking for our credit card numbers since perusing the refunds of three flights that we are owed. Privacy concern. Have reported to Cyber Security. Definitely not a genuine refund as checked flight centre has our account details. BEWARE. SCAMMERS No Privacy respected

Never book with them again
I used flight network for first time & my experience w you was quite disappointed.
Flight network had an offer on their website saying if I make credit/debit card payments, i would get $46.50 less on the transaction for $2231.86, I did make a purchase But discount didn’t happen. Attached the promotion below.
When contacted flight network via chat agent keep pushing blaming on bank & I was told to contacted my bank by your agent since it’s their promotion/error according to her which I did, bank advised to dispute the charges since you guys didn’t honour the promotion you had. That’s mean your agent lie,
I will be contacting accc(Australia competition and consumer commission)for a business to make false claim & Unfair practices.

Never book with them again
I booked flexible ticket, when I called to rebook the ticket they want to charge about 30% of the ticket. When I rang the airlines directly, they told me that the ticket was not booked as flexible..!

I've booked the tickets and at the airport, we found out that there were no passport details on them. It was impossible to call or chat with Flight Network, there was no support and it was an unpleasant experience. I am very disappointed. Luckily for us, the airport staff was able to help us last minute. I will never book via Flight Network again and strongly recommend you to avoid them at all costs. Cheap tickets end up in big problems with service and flights.
