FlightNetwork is the worst.
I wonder if it is even a legitimate company. I wish I had seen the reviews before. I had booked a ticket after paying extra for Cancellation Guarantee. The only way to cancel it through call. No one ever attends the call.

You cannot contact Flight Network by any other means than over the phone. Emails and Website requests are redirected to 'confirm' over the phone.
My flight was rescheduled due to COVID 19. I rang flight network to get an open ticket, was redirected to Qantas twice, despite Qantas and Flight Network both clearly defining the responsibility of making changes as Flight Network's. This took 8 hours on hold and I only got through just over 2 hours before my flight and I had to have Qantas on the line in a 3 way phone call for them to accept respon...

I requested a flight, and was told that they will be in contact with me. After 10 days I rang again and was told no request is visible on their system. I had to re-request all my flights once again, and was again told that someone from flight network will be in contact with me. 8 days later I have still heard nothing from Flight Network. Avoid this company. Customer Service is impossible, there is no record keeping, wait times are 2.5 hours plus each and every time. They are actively deceitful and avoidant.This company is the worst company ever to buy Flight Tickets

It is a shame that I cannot rate it zero stars. Is the worst company I have ever deal with. I bought direct flights on the 5 feb 2022 for my parents from LA to Brisbane direct flight in April 10 2022. Absolutely atrocious, terrible, never ever make the mistake booking your flight with Flight network unless you are happy to grief.
Airlines changed dates on our connecting flight. Called FN(Flight network), after 2hrs of wait i got connected to an agent and then after 3 transfers, My call disconnected and in the interim i had told the agent if the lines gets disconnected to call me back. Not giving refunds
I advise not to choose their services they don’t provide any refunds when flights gets cancelled by airlines and also no response when you call them. Please avoid their service

the WORST customer service I've ever experienced.
It took 2 months to have a resolution for cancelled flights due to covid... Now I am trying to rebook the credited flight (as they refused to refund) and I am always waiting LITERALLY 3 hours for someone to pickup. When someone does pickup, they often seem to have a "computer crash" and put you BACK into the queue. Absolutely disgusting.
Never use this site again.
I tried to rebook my flight via email, website and phone but fail. It seemed to me no one there to actually do the job. Forever phone ringing but no one answer.

Can’t believe how poor the service was
Never use this mob again didn’t get any follow up about our flights being changed 2 days out still getting told we’re going Darwin - Melbourne- Sydney-Auckland after our flights are confirmed going Darwin- Sydney- Auckland ???
Now they’re telling us we’re get charged extra for the rebookings that we know nothing about At least Qantas knows what they are doing
How was our experience dealing with Flightnetwork very very frustrating if we didn’t contact Qantas who knows what would of happened to our trip
Once again Flightnetwork thanks for nothing never again will we use you people who read this my advice go elsewhere

Shockingly bad customer service
Good coast flights cancelled last august due to covid. Paid additional insurance to cover covid changes and STILL took them 6 months to confirm both flights were legitimately cancelled. 7 months later and I’m still waiting for the deposit back in to my account. Customer service is shocking.
Terrible customer service, deliberately it seems to get you to pay their service charges
Airline cancelled flight, Flight Network said they would charge $55 to refund my money if they had to contact the airline for a refund. I rang the airline and they issued a full refund. Now Flight Network want to take $55 from my refund even though they did nothing.
Their web-site is woeful as you can't change anything except through a phone call

I got my refund fast!
I'd booked a trip to Japan and Germany and had to cancel due to Japan's entry issues. Flight network phone staff sorted out my issues quickly and professionally and I had my refund quickly sorted,thankyou.

I have a small issue just on changing the title from Mr to Mrs due to the Flight Network website issues. many many times called but nothing happed. not Recommended at all

DO NOT DO ANY DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY
Just like alot of victims of Flight Network, I purchased a flight a week ago and realised I have to wait in transit for 12hrs, which I think with current situation ( covid ), this long hrs might lead me to be exposed to this virus.
I was online for 55min the first day wothout anyone answering. The second day, i waited for 85min and a customer officer answered and we had a talked. I was told I have to pay extra $320 for a one way flight. While she was advising me, i was already on skyscanner. Same flight will cost $ 295 . So i asked why do I have to pay this much plus my FLEXIBLE PACKAGE ADD_ON i purchased. She said i couldnt have change my flight without it.
Based on my experience, i will NEVER EVER use their service.

Terrible experience never book with them
Firstly, if I could give it zero stars I would. I was on hold in total 13hrs. I was hung up on 5 times and each time wasn’t called back when I had specifically asked them to call me if we were disconnected.
The staff didn’t have consistent answers or knowledge. I was told three times I could get a refund on a flight that was cancelled by the airline and twice I was told I couldn’t.
I was also told I could get a refund on my other flight and then told I couldn’t.

Booked flight to Nz Aug 2021. Airline cancelled flights. Requested refunds and was told to wait. Waited no response, follow up no response. Response, told to wait more. Raised credit card dispute and was outside the timeframe by bank. Call air nz and no reference of the booking. They also advise that agency must deal direct but last correspondence advised me a reference number (that air nz does not have) and for me to follow up directly... Absolutely the worst online agency platform I have ever dealt with.

Absolute joke of a flight agency. You have to wait 40+ minutes to speak to some indian with broken english. They would not let us cancel our flights, due to unforeseen circumstances - which can be taken to fair trading. Pay the little extra money and use a legit company.
Warning scamming people
This is the worse flight agency I came across to. We booked a ticket to Philippines and they say is not even confirmed while we have the airline ticket with us. How the heck that happened when they deduct it into my account. This agency is scamming people badly. Now I'm waiting for my refund for 48 hrs, I'm hoping to get it back as soon as possible.

I purchased a flight overseas and later received an email (straight from the airline) saying that my flight had been canelled and I should contact the travel agency (Flightnetwork). I logged in to Flightnetwork's website and it doesn't show any changes to my itinerary, so I sent them an email. It appears that this company intentionally creates confusion in order to charge assistance fees. This is misleading and unethical, and must be illegal. Huge Mess
After spending over 2 hours a few weeks ago on the phone trying to rebook my cancelled flights, I had to ring back up as my outbound flight had disappeared from the airline app randomly. When I called up Flight Network, I was told the airline had never confirmed the booking and that they had nothing in the system saying I even booked the flight. Was supposed to be travelling in 1.5 weeks to see my family I haven't seen in over 2 years only to find out I no longer have an outbound flight.

Read more the recordings of the phone calls I had to confirm if it was actually booked. Meanwhile, I have taken time off work, kids out of school, booked house sitters, airport parking, accommodation and car hire all for this date that was originally confirmed that they are saying was never confirmed. My anxiety levels are through the roof and I'm extremely unsatisfied with the way this has been handled. The fact this can't be resolved within 24 hours is one thing but the fact this even happened in the first place is unacceptable. Do not ever book with this company. I booked a return flight from Melbourne to Tel-Aviv and paid for it via my credit card. A few weeks later the airline has cancelled one sector (out of 4 sectors). It took me may emails and endless amount of time on the phone to finally I've spoken with their customer representative.
I asked to change my ticket for the sector that was cancelled by the airline to another time on the same day. There were plenty of seats and the airline has confirmed that it can be done at no additional cost. I also agreed to FlightNetwork's AUD $55.00 handling...

Disgraceful.
Return flight to Europe cancelled, had insurance and received less than half back after disputing with credit card company. No explanation from company and only get generated emails. Stay away.
Very poor customer service
I booked tickets and reserved seats and paid $330 but flight networks said they can't reserve seats and they did not refund our full amount . Very very bad customer service. No one answers phone or email.

I booked 2 tickets on Singapore airlines Perth-> Phuket return. Processed immediately and confirmation was received. I went ahead and booked a hotel, insurance and hire car and then 30 minutes later received an email telling me the booking was cancelled. That's annoying but the worst part was they then said the funds would take 5 business days to get back to my accounts. Amazing, it took less than 5 seconds to take my money but 5 days to put back.
Luckily I had the funds available to book with another company but I can only imagine how terrible that would be for anyone who had to wait for a refund who then couldn't get their flights.
Incredibly poor form and will not ever recommend or use them again.
Awful company
This is the most horrible, misleading and awful company I have ever dealt with. I would give negative 100 stars if I could. They changed my flights without notifying me. Blamed me and the airline, and kept me on hold for hours without any help. Complete and utter waste of money.
