DON'T BOOK through SkyScanner which then brought you to purchase thru FlightNetworks
Don't book through SkyScanner which then brought you to purchase through FlightNetwork.
I booked flights from Perth to Wellington in Sept-22 for future travel in Apr-23.
** Supposed to fly by Air New Zealand
** The route was cancelled and we were re-routed where we shall transit in Sydney for over 12 hours!! Arriving at 6AM; then the next flight at 6:25PM. Imagine that!
** I live-chat and requested them to re-book to another option which is more favorable. They didn't send any follow up -- I had to Live Chat every day -- then on the 3rd
Worst customer service
Cannot cancel one leg of the trip without affecting the rest of the booking - inflexible systems and totally inconvenient
People still buying from this business??
Singapore airline refunded all the money back to their customers including agents but this robber’s ignoring their customers, never get back to me. Called the customer service number and they were passing me around and eventually came back to the first person I called. I really believe that as long as people use these scammers they will be continuing their scamming business. Maybe not this time but one day you’ll become a victim. Be careful!!

I booked a return flight to Thailand from Perth in August 2022, a few months later they told me "the line cancelled that flight" and offered me an alternative that was around 30 hours for a 7 hours flight, i asked for a refund and we are now in February 2023, their website showed weeks ago that they have the funds, after calling and emailing acknowledging they "had a glitch" and now my refund will be sent soon, a new email saying "we will reach out when we have the funds" well I have to buy another ticket, Qantas told me they are paying those refunds within 30 days, still nothing, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Long story short I was on a cancelled flight in December, which Jetstar refunded in January 10 to Flight Network. They continue to refuse to refund me the money. There must be a way to hold them accountable. Has anyone had any success or suggestions? I’d happily join a class action or write to ministers. Their behaviour is disgraceful.

One of the airlines on the booking changes a flight 5 months before I leave resulting in a missed connection. FlightNetwork refused to do anything!! I have to raise this as a dispute with my credit card company because I never received what I paid for! WHAT A JOKE COMPANY!!

Never book anything from them. they are a bunch of Indian scam artists. I got covid and couldn't make into the flight. the airline issued the refund but these guys never gave me back my money. whenever I ask for an update they say oh, we have not received it. but I know for a fact they have.

The original ticket was advertised at $50 per person. At the original time of payment (prior to time change) the price per person was $125 as the ticket price did not include their fees such as a seating fee ie. The ticket did not include a seat?! When we bought the tickets we had someone that had a change of plans, so we wanted to cancel. They refused to give us our money back. I booked through them Cathay Pacific Flights from Melbourne to Delhi and Paid extra money for selecting meals and I selected from given option of the airline and they rejected my selected option and didn't inform me about rejection I logged in and checked they rejected my selected meal option and I immediately informed the matter to flightnetwork. They told you can select your meal only once after rejection you can not select second time. I am strictly Vegetarian and can not eat meat and eggs but they told they can not do anything. Is there any agency for registering my complain and this is a kind of big harassment for international travelers. Please avoid both Cathay Pacific and/or their Agent Flight Network for your booking

How I wish I'd read reviews of Flight Network before booking with them - DON'T DO IT
The Flight Network booking platform allowed me to duplicate a booking and lose $3000 AUD. Yes, you read that right - three thousand Australian dollars. No help, no support, no sign of a refund. I have been calling and emailing every day for the last month since the event occurred. Do NOT use Flight Network.

Wish i knew sooner
Wish i saw these reviews before I booked a flight from Adelaide to Thailand, Was all excited till it became obvious that this Flight Network is truly a scam didn't want to believe it,, So being freaked out i just cancelled or trying to and yes no refund, flights not till March.
no correspondence tried message now thats stopped no phone, They should be locked up, something should be done.

Under any circumstances DO NOT USE this company.
I wanted to change my flight and I was told it would cost £64.60. I was then charged £646 ( double price of a normal ticket) on top of which they took out hold luggage. I spent 3 hours on the phone trying to rectify the issue to be told “ well there’s nothing we can do” and then have the issue explained back to me incorrectly 4 times.
So, do not use this company at all. I’m not even 100% sure my flight exists, but I guess I’ll find out soon.

Absolute Idiots
These people don't even deserve a one-star review. Extremely unhelpful, a waste of time and money. Staff cannot even communicate like normal human beings. I am really upset with this company after making me pay for a whole new ticket WITH NO REFUND FOR THE FIRST TICKET to change the name and now I'm not certain they'll even let me on the flight because staff aren't doing their job! Website sucks. HOW HARD IS IT FOR YOU PEOPLE??? Do not book through these people!!!

Don't even consider booking with these!!! One of the airlines reschedules a flight resulting in No return flight back to Australia. 5 months, 15 phone calls along with emails and Flightnetwork done Nothing!! Part from constantly Lying to me!! Telling me I was on their Priority list and they would rectify the problem. Along with this you can't even deal direct with the airline because you booked through a third party. They should NOT be able to conduct a business out of Australia!!

Cant resolve issue with booking
I had booked with Flight Network in Dec for Malindo airlines. The booking process was good, ticket generated but the return leg was cancelled and airline instructed me to re-book through agent (Flight Network). Thats when trouble began. I had booked 2 tickets & they were able to re-book one of the tickets while for one they said airline will confirm. This went one for more than a week & my travel date was upcoming, so finally I somehow contacted the airline and convinced them to re-book the second ticket too, else it would have been frustrating if both of us couldn't travel on same flight!
So, finally I did Flight Network's job that they were supposed to do!
Gotogate/Flight Network
I received an email from Gotogate after booking flights on an Australian booking site called Flight Network. They said my flights were cancelled and they would try to recover the cost for me if I paid them $23 approx. I checked with the airlines, flights were still confirmed. I called the company and after messing me around they told me the flights were definitely cancelled. I checked again and both Jetstar and Cathay Pacific sent me confirmation details. I sent gotogate an email to that effect. Again they responded that the flights were cancelled. I got on the flights without any problems. Email correspondence is available to verify this

Terrible service!!!! My booking was cancelled by one of their agents, and they refused to take accountability. The airline sent me all the proof.

They accept your booking and later on cancel it without any reason. This has happened to me few times while booking with Flight network.
If you have purchased extras like insurance, seats, or meals, they do not refund you. See the screenshots.

Poor customer service
Flightnetwork cancelled one of my flights immediately after I booked it. Sent me an email asking me to respond within 72 hours if I wanted to cancel my other flights – without giving me any sense of how much I was going to be charged. I asked them immediately if I could have that information (on a Wednesday), they responded to me 2 days later (on a Friday) telling me to get in touch with support. When I did, the agent (who was either not proficient in English or simply rude) told me (quote): 'others aint our problem so we aint refund anything'. I have received a final email telling me that I have not taken action in time and the booking was not going to be cancelled. I still don't know how much is going to be charged in total...

When you select your airfare and press the booking button . The airfare is is more expensive than one quoted on the initial quote .
Flight Network is a disgrace and should be closed down by ASIC
This company happily accepts your bookings and money, but if there is any form of problem where a legitimate refund is justified, they simply play "The Shut Out".
Take another look at the 1970s movie "The Sting" and you will see how it and FN operate.
Although they offer communication methods, if the comms have anything to do with a complaint or a valid refund, they very simply instigate The Shut Out, closing down the lines of communications completely.
No comms equates to forcing 98% of people to give up - not a bad method. Certainly no so goo

Most pathetic customer service I have ever experienced in my life, simple things as changing a seat on a flight aren’t possible “apparently” as they have already got your money and don’t care.

Like many others, I want to be able to give a zero or minus rating. I missed a flight from Johannesburg to Perth because my visa was not i order - my fault - but was told by the airline representative that I could rebook on a specific flight at a cost of R7000. However this would have to go through Flight Network, as I had made my booking through them. This while we had a computer open at the site and could see the flight, and that there were 2 seats left. In the end we gave up and grabbed a seat - at full cost. We asked for a transcript of the chat, and was assured that it would be sent. It was not. Since then I have been trying to find a mail address to which I can send a complaint - so far I have failed. I did get through to the Sydney phone number (answered from a call centre in India of course) and was assured I would hear from the service team. I'm not holding my breathAvoid at all costs!!!
Terrible company! Once you made your booking and they got your money, you are on your own! Be warned not to purchase your air tickets with these clowns! Our return flights were changed for some reason and the connecting flights didn’t make sense. Eventually after many phone calls with the airline and begging the airline to help, it was partially resolved by the airline while it was actually the job of the travel agent to resolve and re-issue new tickets. We eventually had to buy separate tickets for one leg of our return flight otherwise we were not able to go home. We already paid $14k for our tickets and had to fork out another 4k to get our first connecting return flight home-bound. Absolutely disgraceful and shameless! Very stressful period and will never in my life book with any online travel agent again. Just go to the airlines directly to avoid major stress and headaches! Doesn’t matter how cheap their tickets are, you are almost guaranteed for trouble. In March, 2020 the beginning of the pandemic terminated our travel plans. Norwegian refunded our money immediately. Flight Network has not. Almost three years later, innumerable calls, and e-mails, they still owe me 2,000 dollars and pretend my case is "closed". DO NOT BOTHER.
Worst experience and terrible customer service
I had planned my trip months before it, but days prior, I got an email informing me of cancellation and rescheduling it; all good I could make my check-in online until I got to the airport, and when I was about to get my tickets printed, I couldn't get to the aeroplane because the travel agency didn't organise it. Absolutely horrible. Nothing but scammers. DO NOT USE. Worst experience ever. All they do is copy and paste in every email. They processed my refund on their end and now won’t refund me. They have done this to hundreds of people. We discuss it on Facebook. They are scammers. There a numerous cases against them. I’m still yet to receive my money back 3 months later.

Worst horrible travel agent ever
I had booked plane tickets for $1200 for my dad. Unfortunately he suffered a heart attack and wasn't able to fly. These guys tricked me into cancelling by not telling me the refund price and lying about it. Ultimately they gave me only $6. Horrible people!
One star is already too much
No knowledge, rude, no manners, no understanding what customer service is. They went into liquidation in Australia (confirmed by Skyscanner). My daughter has lost more than AU$1,700 due to their stupidity, but we will fight it. We will go to VCAT or NCAT. Please stay away from them. Customer service doesn't call back, they say different things every time you talk to another person. Wonder if they get any training or just put behind a phone and sort it themselves.

Similar to other people, do not use them! They literally were notified by the airline that my flight had been cancelled and a new flight time was booked. They did not update their itinerary for me so I turn up at the previous time to find no flight booked. I ask them to pay for the taxi and they refuse even though it was their error. The worst flight service ever.
