Love the price drop protection, first time seeing it offered without paying extra for it. Charge on credit card is still pending, but amount is correct as per payment page.

I searched a number of 'flight' travel websites. FlightNetwork.comhas the best price for the flight I was looking for. The flight did not have a long layover between flights and one leg was a non stop. Very happy!

Flight, good experience and my expectations were met.
Booking was a breeze. One time a few hours later I had to make a correction on my flight arrangement so I called it in and they looked after me very well and made the adjustment to my preference. It was an oversight at my end and that is why I had to make the change.

I will never book on this site again, got charge for a fee “seat selection”, but i never selected seats, try to remove it by calling and they couldn't help me, customer care is horrible, next time i will book straight from the airline company.

Was charged $30 extra for seat section without notifying me. The site doesn’t give you your total until you click to book. Called immediately when I saw they charged me more without telling me. The operator would not help me and told me he couldn’t do anything because it’s already been submitted even though it was within the same day. Terrible customer service.

It is my first time to buy from FlightNetwork. It is excellent and easy to use. I have sone suggestion on seat map. It will be better if we can see more detail ie. Toilet, exit doors, galley. Etc.

When I booked my flight, it said it went through and gave me confirmation email. One hour later I got a voice mail from an agent saying that it didn’t go through. Before calling back I called my credit company to make sure it wasn’t blocked but they said no charges were ever made . When I called back the agent said the price was $30 more and asked for authorization to charge . When I looked again online, the price didn’t not go up after all . The agent was nice enough to just cancel my flight and she told me to just book online
