Called the Bankstown store today as i spoke to a sales person called [name removed], i insist he needs more training in his product knowledge as i feel like he was very confused about the different ranges of the dining suites. So sad to see such a big store yet an untrained sales men telling me false information about a table as there is an online website with the furniture description. Was willing to make a purchase from your store i will now choose a different company.

Visited the Bankstown store and after having the item delivered twice and damaged on both occasions I have requested a refund. After 15 days I am still waiting for the refund to be processed. Very poor experience all round and will never shop there again or recommend your store to family or friends.

I should make this factual only right? Because I don't want to let my personal feelings cloud the passive aggressive nature of this review.

1. I purchased $7,000 worth of furniture in store
2. It took 40 minutes to invoice me in their system, why oh why?
3. I requested a specific allotment of time for delivery on their due date because I had something planned in the morning, the sales person said they will ensure we are last on the list for the day. ( I understand the T&C's don't promise this but she said they would accommodate my request,...

I make a complaint a week ago and I still waiting for respond. Not very happy with service thank you

Purchased in store as sales assistant was knowledgeable and helpful.
Purchasing process was simple and easy
Product purchased is just want we wanted. Large dining table with comfortable chairs

I found the initial sales girl very efficient and the follow up sales person, professional. Delivery was well informed and on time. Guys were friendly too.

Good service excellent furniture good prices very quick delivery also all the staff very helpful with the furniture and they have a good training.

Purchase was made online and was extremely easy. Focus On called to confirm delivery date and time. Minor issues with assembly, which they came to fix ASAP. Very happy and would definitely recommend to anyone.

Walked in to the store and was greeted with-in 30 seconds of my arrival, all staff were extremely friendly as also the manager helped with a existing order i had with making a swap over as she was so understanding. Definitely coming back and will recommend to my family and friends.

Purchased in store received great service from a very friendly salesperson never pushed us and let us take our time to make up our minds very happy.

Bankstown customer service is no good, not polite. We requested 3 times to have invoice for warranty purpose, call and sent email, they eventually provided to us by email without a word...

The guys at bankstown really looked after me & did there best to help me resolve an issue relating to a refund credit that was never issued. They were a great help.

Visited Bankstown store yesterday with my son looking for bedroom furniture, dining set and coffee table. As we walked in we were approached by Sanaz who was so friendly, knowledgeable and patient showing us around the whole store. After 2 hrs or so i bought everything i planned with a good discount.
The coffe table, that we brought home was damaged soni called the store when they reassured exchange or refund without too many questions asked. After sending an email with fault details, i received 2 calls almost immediately after. Today i exchanged the coffee table, again fantastic service by Sanaz and the team.
Definitely will be back.

Purchased a dining table and chairs from focus on furniture. I found the service at both marsden park and bankstown to be fantastic. They were very helpful and answered all questions asked.

Purchased the items and got them delivered within 2 weeks, on delivery the table had a crack ao they took it back and i got a new one within a week.

Due to all the feedback about the company i nearly didnt buy from them but i thought i qould take the chance and im glad i did.

As others mentioned when they deliver etc they dont remove the rubbish but when we purchased our items we were given some terms and conditions which states this.

This was a major purchase to virtually furnish a new home. Very good quality furniture at competitive prices. The purchases were made in store and the salesman was just so helpful. In fact all the staff at the Bankstown store were extremely friendly and helpful. Delivery time was minimal and the guys who delivered the furniture were fantastic and spent nearly two hours unpacking and assembling. Cannot speak highly enough of Focus On Furniture at Bankstown.

purchase was made instore for the dining package. The furniture was amazing unlike the service that followed. i had to keep chasing staff about the delivery. i was first tokd a specific date then when that date came, no one called me. i then proceeded to follow up twice about the delivery. in the end delivery was about 1 month late. they offered me free delivery whoch wasnt too bad. the follow up process needs to be adjusted as its totally unacceptable the way it is at the moment.

Never knew any shop offer customer to lie down for 20 minutes before making decision to buy a mattress!!
well apparently it does! and this is the FocusOn furniture at bankstown.
i was amazed by the level of customer service by the sales team, definitely beyond expectation!! this shop make a big difference and stands out with their excellent customer service.
it was Friday, 15th December. shopping around for a new set of furniture.
soon as i stepped into the shop i just said WOW. a massive shop and it must have been decorated in such a sma...

I originally found it online, then I made an In store purchase, the process was good, ordered in & in great time.
