I buy bed frame and mattress and Jazel was wonderful.
She took time to show me many products and was very informative. She explained all warranty and care instructions. Very satisfied and will return.

Upon walking into the bankstown focus store, the staff were so helpful and friendly. Very knowledgeable about their products and went the extra mile to help.
I bought a couch, bedroom suite and dining table and couldn't be happier with the quality.

Call the store a few days ago to ask about the ada fabric recliner suite and the Mosman coffee table. They advised me of the type of wood and quality of the fabric. They even advised me how I could clean it properly without staining them. Although there is a wait time, a few ladies at the store advised me that they would keep in contact via email if I could not be reached. Absolutely amazing compared to Nick Scali, where there was no follow up and had a 12 week waiting time that kept getting delayed. Definitely will purchase from here again!! I didn’t even need to go into store!!

I purchased my dining table set and a few other smaller items at the Bankstown store and i could not be more happier with the products.
The staff were so helpful in the store and understood exactly what i needed, where they were able to reccomend the perfect setting for my home. The customer service was outstanding. I would certainly reccomend Focus on Furniture in Bankstown to others.

I recently bought my lounge and dining table from the Bankstown store and I could not be happier with the products and service I received.
There was so much to choose from and the staff were really helpful and nice.
They made the whole process so smooth and easy -from picking my items to having them delivered.

Picked up my two occasional chairs paid money and then I get a phone call on the Monday saying call us asap regarding payment or we will take you to debt collector. The staff member had charged me incorrect amount. Debt collector really very poor customer service.

Ordered a couch a month ago and was told it was going to be delivered late September 2022.I called them to confirm the exact ETA and was advised it will be delayed to Mid November now. Had I not called them, i would not have found this out. What ridiculous service! They are happy to take the full payment and not provide these updates in a timely manner!

I have purchased the Vibe black dining chairs and Riga neutral round table and have been very impressed with the price, the quality of design and manufacture. The dining set looks like a $3000 Scandinavian made dining furniture at only$499 for 4 chairs and table and the images on the website correspond to the furniture in store. Helpful and friendly staff at the Bankstown FocusOnFurniture!

Overall we are very happy with our furniture and they even swapped our coffee table under warranty without any problems. Delivery was pricier than other stores that we bought from but it was very smooth and I think it was worth it since it included assembly.
Price wise (not considering quality) they are higher than Amart and Fantastic but lower than Nick Scali and Harvey Norman. It is a good balance of quality and value. I would buy from them again.

Majority of their products have great quality however I find their delivery service poor as they don't remove the boxes and stuff and their delivery charge is quite expensive knowing they can't take care of the entire delivery service.

Excellent layout in store and so much choice, the staff were great and allowed me to keep within my tight budget, thank you for a good experience now i look forward to receiving my sofa

Ben is one amazing manager. We purchased a lounge it got delivered missing pieces and one piece was faulty. Ben came out to my place on his day off once we called the store and complained. He fixed the problem and made sure another lounge was delivered.

Management at Focuson must hire more people like Ben .

Had issue with chairs, email FoF, within a day got phone & had a hand man week after. Can not find that sort service nowadays.

The store is well laid out, Staff are attentive and informative without being annoying.
There is a good range of products, of good quality and good value, with a range of prices.

We bought a stylish glass dining table and coffee table. The glue between the glass and fixtures came off so we had to call in a repair person. They repaired it with glue but it looks horrendous. Everytime we called or asked for refund, they were very rude and gave us a lot of attitude. Not happy with the service and quality. Will never buy from them again
