I recently purchased my lounge, dining suite and matching TV unit from Focus on at Gepps Cross. All arrived on time the store was very accommodating as I needed it earlier than anticipated. The delivery guys were super helpful and patient getting the goods in as we had a number of deliveries at the same time they even helped us move some of our furniture in as my husband and I struggled with a heavy cupboard and fridge. Will definitely recommend to our friends and family.

First time buyers at Focus on Furniture SA. Very impressed with sales lady at Gepps Cross (who has now moved to Mile End). Advised us on different selections and nothing was too much trouble for her. Always enjoy a sale price and we were pleased with pricing. Requested a Saturday delivery and were advised it would be PM, so we stayed home in the afternoon. Didn't expect it would be 6.45pm! We were very annoyed with the timing but once the delivery guys arrived and could see they were under the pump and still up beat and smiling we couldn't be annoyed with them. They put 3 pieces of furniture together with no hassles, had a cold drink to keep them going for their next deliveries for the day/night.

Poor quality, shocking customer service by store and area manager!! Waited weeks to be contacted yet lied and said hed rang several times yet no missed calls or voice mails. Will never shop or reccomend this company or Gepps Cross store.

I received such great Customer Service at Focus on Furniture at Gepps Cross. Great advice, fantastic products and awesome prices. I was told my lounge and bed would be delivered on a certain date - and it came on time and in perfect condition! Very happy and will definitely be back there again!!

After shopping around, viewing and pricing a lounge suite at several stores we located Focus on Furniture at Gepps Cross. Found an excellent choice of product. Store well laid out. The sales person approached and offered assistance if required and left us to browse without pressure. We found the suite we liked, price was competitive, quality appeared excellent and it was the style we were looking for. We then approached the sales person who demonstrated the features. We decided to buy, closing the sale was easy without pressure. Delivery date provided, delivered within stated time. Very happy with produce.

I brought a brand new couch and it wasn’t in a box just plastic I would of expected I was buying a brand new product I would get it in a box I also had to rub a stain out of the lounge, wearhouse was a mess and my partner also had to drive back in one day as they gave us the wrong item!

The instore presentation made it easy to select a new bed for our teenage son! He could visualise what it would look like in his room! Perfect! Assembly was straightforward our son did it himself.

We have purchased many items from Focus On Furniture both in store and over the phone. Never had an issue with the products nor the service . Agree that $85 delivery is a bit steep for a short journey but this also includes the assembly of furniture (if necessary). Never had an issue with the timing of the delivery nor the professionalism of the drivers. Admit though that I only purchase through the same store each time and the staff there are fantastic.

Very easy to shop reasonably priced and quality products. Only negative would be need more accessories if there was more products and variety I would’ve brought accessories as well. The girl that served us was absolutely brilliant fantastic customer service you don’t get that anymore.

Gepps Cross store Adelaide . Great range good price and the lady we dealt with was excellent. Changed delivery date and always happy to meet our needs.

sales person amanda was helpfull and even though you didnt have stock item on hand, sales person has inquired for stock item interstate which resulted sofa been delivered in a week time....other store didnt give that option, they just said 3 weeks waiting time....

So very upset with how long it took to arrive. We ordered in June or early July and did not receive it till November. Would not of purchased if we knew it would take that long. We were told September at the latest.
