I purchased from Focus on Furniture on Bendigo back in January and was quoted a delivery time frame of mid to late March. I received a phonecall from Torri last week to inform me that my products had been delayed until mid to late May due to exporting issues out of China. While it is a bit annoying that my dining setting won't arrive for another 8 weeks or so I understand that with everything that is currently happening it is totally out of their control. Torri was very apologetic for the delay and even offered me free delivery for the inconvenience.
Thanks for the great customer service Torri! we will be back in future for more items!

Bought furniture a couple of times. Sometimes it takes a bit more time to get the product delivered depends on demand. Recommended even-though i am Not happy about customer service on last purchase at Bendigo store.

Very straightforward. Took no time at all to assemble. Instructions were easy to follow and all parts in perfect order.

It is easy to assemble the furniture by myself. The staff is very helpful especially when he was assisting with tracing the order and arranging the delivery. Good service!

Very satisfied with the customer service, from ordering to pick up the staff were excellent. I purchased a tiffany queen bed and assembly was easy, minimal tools required and bed itself is ok quality... materials feel a little lighter than some other beds of this price range but still ok. Very sturdy once assembled and it's a lovely looking bed. The Bendigo store is spacious, functional and has such great variety of items.

Yes found the assembly ok, got my partner to put it th together. His a carpenter.

I purchased a bedroom suite and mattress for my spare room and it is fabulous for the price and very comfortable.

Brendan at Bendigo store was fantastic. He moved different chairs around to match to tables which was great. Nothing was an issue, very honest and polite and friendly.
