I found this store by accident having gone to the Home Centre to see another store. As much as I have noticed there are some bad reviews here, maybe it all depends on the store and staff. The staff at Springvale were wonderful, very kind, very patients and helpful. I bought a stunning oak dining table and chairs and saved over $1,000 compared to other stores and the one at Focus On was even better than the big brand stores. Delivery was on time, no issues. I can only say good things about this store, they were great and the table is even better!

My husband and I recently moved into a new home and needed to furnish the place with new items.
We knew, from previous experience, that Focus on Furniture had wonderful pieces within a reasonable price range. We were lucky enough to be served at the Springvale store by David.
David had great insight into what would suit our new home and knew all of the products in the store.
He was extremely helpful and his knowledge of what would look nice/within our price range was phenomenal.

We have bought several items from focus on furniture over the years, generally the service has been reasonable although David was to another level from the Springvale store. He understood our needs, spent time advising the best products and was very knowledgeable and professional. For any future needs we will surely be back to the springvale store and deal with David exclusively. He has great customer service skills, very polite and courteous. Thank you David for making our visit a memorable one with a positive experience.

I was assisted by David at Springvale store to purchase TV unit & coffee table and leather sofa lounge. He went through everything I need to know about caring for leather lounges with excellent tips on how to look after them. All my family love this furniture!

Bought a queen bedframe from here for $299 and it is dreadful!!! Poor quality from the get go. Have bought better bedframes at IKEA for a third of the price.

Complained to the store and they sent a Tradesperson to our house. Told me I should be grateful for getting a product at this price point when it is absolute rubbish and it is dangerous. Slats fell through to the floor when getting into bed and I ended up on the ground.

Tradie comes round, complains, and then nails the bed slats to the frame. Frame is squeaky and it's only 8 months old. Will never shop there again.

Be warned - just because it LOOKS NICE, doesn't mean you should buy it.

Got a call on 17th of April. Was told item ready for pickup. Wife got the same call. Phone number listed as from Focus on Furniture.

Got a call again on 25th of April. Same message. Ready for pickup. Wife also got the same call with the same message.

I call back to confirm on 25th of April (same day as second call) and/or make a time. Was told it is NOT ready for pickup.

Informed staff that there has been a mistake on their part and I'm invested in a day off and truck rental. Was told "you couldn't have got a call, it is NOT ready for pickup. It just landed and is still on a truck".

They followed up with "you couldn't have got a call on the 17th as it would have notes on our computer." Well, my call log begs to differ.

Really satisfied with our purchase at Focus on furniture. Right from the get go the staff were helpful in ensuring that we made the correct purchase by assisting us in many ways to make our decision the best one yet! All the items were available as promised and on time. The delivery and installation was amazing as well with the only drawback being that they don't get rid of the large or small boxes that the couches and chairs come in, something to think of in the future I guess but other than that no complaints at all with the final outcome! Extremely satisfied.

Easy to navigate, great quality, exceptional customer service from David. I would highly recommend to my friends and family for sure. Assembly of the furniture was extremely easy. Good range of goods

Great layout of the store which makes it very easy to navigate. Seems that all products online are in the showroom too.
David from the Springvale store was extremely helpful. Great product knowledge and gave me his own design ideas to help make the choice a lot easier. I'm glad I followed his advice and now have a beautiful dining suite, coffee table and TV unit that compliment the room.

Bought a dining table with a set of 6 chairs 2.5 years ago. One of the chairs had a wooden leg broken off due to my own clumsiness. I approached Focus on Furniture to ask who could fix that for me, assuming I had to pay given one year warranty.
They then proceeded to send someone over to our place with a new leg frame who replaced the broken one. All for free!
Can’t express my gratitude enough!
I happily would have paid a good amount to fix this beautiful chair.
