Exceeded our expectations
I and my wife are building a house in Australia for the first time, so we were pretty skeptical because we heard a lot of different things from friends who had already gone through that process. Piera Canto did an incredible effort during the Pre-Construction stage that we felt like she was as a member of our family. She has dignity, respect, understanding, and tolerance towards others that she simply pushes the boundaries and creates a sense of security among clients. She has exceeded our expectations and we're immensely grateful for that

overall a good experience for a first time home buyer Layne was informative enough for me to understand the overall process. He was able to provide sufficient paper and time for me to prepare documents and deposit money. Would be happy to refer more too Layne and Fowler Home because of the service.
Wonderful Experience
We had a wonderful experience and would build with Fowler again without any hesitation. We have built before and knew what we were up against but the Fowler team made it stress free and attended to all matters we raised. Our overall experience dealing with the office and construction staff was very positive and communication was at the highest level. Excellent Construction!
We have been living in our Fower Home for a couple of years now and the quality and after sales service was terrific. Thank you Tony our site supervisor for always being available to fix minor issues and more importantly for building us a solid and quality finished home. Also thanks to Kevin our quality assurance supervisor for attending to minor items in our 90day period.

Amazing experience and satisfying results
We had never built a house before and we have no experience and knowledge regarding about construction structure and method. We went through the planning and deciding the materials and the structure of the property easily. However, since English was not our first language, we had some difficulties interpreting our ideas, thus caused some misunderstandings. ... Read moresed, we called Fowler and they answered all our calls. There are few times we cannot discuss through email or phone and we visited the office. Everyone was really nice and help us resolve some misunderstanding and misleading information in the variations quickly. Since Folwer was aware with our budget, Fowler helped us with the pricing adjustments. Mick was our construction supervisor and he was amazing. There are few details in the property he was not happy with so he contacted us to discuss and talk about the improvements. We explained some of the items can not last in a long-term or what can be dangerous in the future. He was also aware of one of our family members being disabled and he put a lot of thought of risk and danger it can cause. After the construction finished, Mick was the one who contacted every suppliers for item issues and made sure we receive the service or item fast. Steve was really considerate with the prices due to our budget. When Mick is busy, Steve would always pick up the phone and tried to help us resolve the issues quickly. He arranged and organised everything quickly and effectively. The suppliers who applied the items and did the services for installing lights, electricity, tiles, laminate, paint, air conditions, kitchen team, the blinds and Fowler's team was really good. The outcome was satisfying and worth it. Everyone worked really hard. Overall, the experience was really good and the results turned out amazing. We are thankful to work with Fowler Homes and their team. Working with Fowler really is worth it and rewarding.
Very professional customer service !!!
We have been looking for building a new house. When we entered Fowler Display Homes in Oran Park, Layne Rimmer was there and welcomed us very nicely. After going through and comparing Fowler with other builders, we felt Fowler is the type of home we want to build . Layne and Ross have been very friendly and helpful with all our requests and professional in dealing. They are always available to help us out with what ever questions we had. Best Customer Service!
As this was our first home build, this was a whole new experience for us filled with lots of unknowns. Piera Canto was our personal CSA and she is the best of best that you could have asked for! She was very patient, promptly responding to all of my questions with proper answers and explanations. We were surprised to learn how much attention she has paid when responding to our emails because she never missed responding to any of the questions, and I had a LOT of questions!

Selection stages were very stressful and we've had to go back and forth multiple times to amend the quotes in order to get exactly what we wanted. Piera was very supportive and helpful all the time, and I must thank her very much for that! As we're in the middle of our construction stage, I'd want to add a note for our site supervisor, Scott McKillop as well. I've seen a lot of positive feedback on his service before and now I understand the reason behind that. He constantly sending us photos throughout the build process, and follow-up calls to keep us updated with what's being done on-site and the upcoming schedule of works. The way he is doing his job convinces us that the job is in good hands. With the experience, we've had with Piera, Scott, and the overall process with Fowler so far, I would not hesitate to recommend Fowler to anyone and to engage them again in the future!
Fantastic presale service!
Layne at the Oran Park display centre was very accommodating to the many changes to our custom design. He was aware of our budget and went out of his way to fit in all we wanted. I did a lot of research on builder inclusions - and was impressed!!! I've sold building products to Sydney builders for years so know what to look for in their inclusions and upgrades. Fowler Homes has great inclusions and upgrade finishes (I've got Ooh La La package) which means I will have everything I've ever wanted in a home at a great price. Can't wait to get cracking with the build. Thanks Layne for all your help and thanks Fowler.
Our dream will come true
It’s a first time we are building a house and we had zero experience, we were very anxious about all the process but we were lucky to choose Fowler to build our house.So I start from peter who was very understanding and passion with us and Helena who makes a hard things easier and Piera who provide us with excellent customer service very responsive to emails even though at midnight!!
We haven’t started building a house yet but I can’t wait to see my dream house come true!!

We have bern searching for our dream home for months until we came across the Martini. it's the perfect single story home!
Our first point of contact was Layne Rimmer at Oran Park display home. Outstanding customer service! Layne answered all of our questions and helped us get to thr next stage quickly ans smoothly.
Strandra Laird and Helena OBrien were extremely helpful. They helped us design the house to fit around our pool and fit perfectly on our block and by the looks of it its going to look amazing!
Last a huge thank you to the owner of Fowler Frank Grippaudo for dedicating his time to ensure we are extremely happy with everything so far and to h helping us build our dream home!

A example of there great work, we had the wrong bath delivered and Mick was onto it straight away with Lidia and by the next Morning was all sorted and the correct bath was delivered speedy next day ready for it to be installed. What A Building Experience

From the start the whole Fowler experience has been 5 Stars. Mark, Lidia and our SS Mick made this easy and simple! They truly are great people. Our SS made it simple was transparent and nothing was hard or a problem!

Great designs and service
I think that we must have been thought every display home in Sydney and spent months searching for a builder to build our new home. We found that the Fowler display homes had the most well thought out and innovative floorplans/designs out of any other builder we found. I met Layne Rimmer at Marsden Park display centre (he is now at Oran Park) and discussed our tricky site and requirements, which he then suggested the Havana 39 that would soon open at the new Box Hill Homeworld. Fowler Homes - Go above and Beyond
I'll be honest we walked though every display home world in Sydney and Brisbane and no other competitors came close to the quality of build, Elegant inclusions, and straight out honesty with price on everything.
We wanted a custom made home and from the first meeting with the sales team (Ceri & Cathie) through to meeting our Site Manager (Steve) they have been flexible with every decision and kept us up to date regularly - your all an asset to the building Industry and Fowler homes.
I wouldn't even consider looking at competing displays or speaking with other builders as Fowler is one of the best out there.
We cant wait to spend our first Christmas in our Dream Home.
Seamless experience
The team at Fowler should be commended on there service to date. This is our first build home and it’s been an awesome experience. Lidia who has been looking after our pre construction has been amazing and made this journey an awesome experience. The communication has been at the highest level and we have been informed every step of the way. Looking forward to the finished product and its even to the point where I received a call today from the construction site manager who introduced himself and reassured us that we will be part of the whole journey. Excellent customer service!
Shout out to Scott McKillop, our building site supervisor and Lidia Milostic, our customer service administrator, for providing us excellent customer service, care & patience through the building process. Building with them provided us with a positive experience. The house was built with knack for details, care and precision. The sales team (Tayna & Helena) was great too, they were honest about the value of different upgrades so it was easier to make decisions on how to spend our money.

Entering the market as a first time home owner and investor, I was nervous and unsure of the process, however I did not need to worry. The entire team at Fowler made the experience as easy and simple as possible. I now have a beautiful home that has been built with absolute care and precision, the quality of which speaks for itself. Custom Duplex
After shopping around for a builder, my wife and I chose Fowler as it became clear they were a cut above the rest.
Their standard inclusions offered so much more and included items other builders would charge us as an upgrade.
From Sales right through to Maintenance every person we have dealt with has been extremely helpful and nothing has ever been too much.
Fowler definitely has a “family run” feel and it comes across in the high level of customer service provided.
Our supervisor, Tony, ensured our home was finished to the highest quality and provided us with weekly updates which was greatly appreciated.

I couldn’t be happier with my build. The sales and admin process was so good. Their customer service timeframes and communication has been excellent. Thank you to Piera for her prompt responses and always being ahead of the ball when it came to my home.
I have built a two storey Tribeca with an attached granny flat and I absolutely can’t thank my supervisor Mick for always being available to speak with me and also taking into the home when he is onsite. Mick honestly mate you and the Fowler team are exceptional. I get my keys in about 4 weeks and I’m so excited I am absolutely thrilled with my home!!

I just want to start by saying AMAZING service, I don't like to leave reviews unless I am blown away by the service and 110% Fowler has not let us down. We first met Layne mid last year, and he made everything so simple. We discussed the budget we needed to work with, and he made it happen with all the extra little trimmings we were looking for. Fowler might be a smaller business, but they make the plan and the build a personal reflection of what you are looking for in a home. Every step has been clear and upfront, which we are grateful for. Every step of the way Layne communicated in a fantastic manner. The back end office staff got to our preliminary tender incredibly fast and our biggest fear was that in the final tender the price will sky rocket like it did with our previous builder, Layne assured us multiple times it won’t be the case and the best part is he followed through with his word! Fowler Homes - Absolutely Fantastic !
I selected the beautiful Haven 30 design
Right from the beginning from dealing with the sales person, to the client administrator & the construction manager the entire project went seamlessly, including council approval, meeting with colour consultants, air conditioning, kitchen & electrical suppliers - all were very helpful. No request was ever an issue - it was just accommodated. Most importantly every single item was costed in the project, was disclosed and accounted for. All the construction products used are sourced from the well know local brands, the builders highly experienced & their workmanship first class.
I cannot thank Fowler Homes and staff enough, I'm the proud owner and extremely happy with the completed home.
Couldn’t recommend highly enough!
Being first time builders, we were entering into a world we knew very little about. To say we were apprehensive is an understatement.

Made the right choice for my first home
It was a length process trying to find the right builder to build my first home. I went to every single display home but the moment I walked into the Fowler display home at Marsden Park I was immediately sold. From the consultant I was talking to, to the quality of the finishes inside the home, and the home+land package offered. It was the clear choice that was value for money.

My defect list was extremely minimal compared with friends and neighbours that built with other builders. Would highly recommended Fowler homes to anyone that wants to build a new home, the quality of our home we cannot fault, from start to finish we had no issues. My partner and I built a duplex with Fowler Homes and we were sold on their quality and we were stoked with the finished product of our duplex. Fowler gave us a fixed price contract with some allowances for subdivision works that were unknown and the allowances covered the final costs. This was really surprising that they were genuine with their original estimated costs. We felt like valued customers and were always a phone call away. 5 star service continues
I wrote a review few months back stating how delighted I am with Fowler's service so far. That was at the beginning of construction. Now I am 3 months into construction and everything is very smooth sailing like a well oiled machine. Mick, my supervisor, is God sent. I'm sure all the supervisors with Fowler are fantastic but I'm especially grateful Mick is supervising my construction. He is always 2 steps ahead of everything and pre-empts all possible scenarios. The best part is, Fowler doesn't even advertise this commitment like some other builders do Cathie my CSA continues to be supportive.
