The team of Fowler homes is truly a very professional one, you are treated in very personal way not just a customer, starting from Ceri at Oran Park centre which words won't justify how great and understanding she is in meeting our requests and all variations, also Lidia in the office who is just phone call away and very understanding and explaining every thing in details . Just moved in our new home in Box Hill. We love it, our family and friends love it. You can see workmanship throughout. Site manager Scott was excellent. He builds house as if it's his own house with high quality. Cathie was very helpful and very patient to manage through all the variation in pre-construction period. I would recommend to take time to review initial plan and list all the variations at once. That will save lot of time. I would like to thank Fowler team for the hard work they have put in to put together a beautiful house. I would build with them again. Thank you

The Fowler team have been nothing sort of amazing and helpful throughout the sales and pre-construction phase of our new home. Nothing was a hassle and it was a fairly smooth, straightforward process. We have just commenced construction and again they have been very helpful and flexible to ensure we get the slab down prior to Christmas.

We knew which builder to go with as soon as we saw Fowler display homes. The overall construction process went well, our site supervisor (Stephen Ryan) was very reliable and available for any queries and helpful in multiple occasions. I am pleased with the outcome, quality of the house.

Had few hiccups during the initial selections appointments but otherwise everything worked out well.
The planned milestones where met during the entire tenure of the construction. Always had regular updates on the status and any issues.

We had to go for a lot of extra's during our appointments and the costs went a bit over our budget but like the outcome though...

I am a builder myself, and the entire process we found Fowler to be great! Cathie came in to help when we were struggling through the contract stage and absolutely nailed it! Mick 100% went way above and beyond and built a PERFECT home for my wife and I! Mick is always contactable and has been a great communicator the whole build. He is still there for us closing out the final touches on our home, where we have heard other builders just drop you the second they hand you the keys.

100% will recommend (and have already recommended) Fowler for future builds for friends and family and hopefully ourselves again one day!

When my partner and I bought our block of land earlier this year there was no doubt who we would build with, I have had friends and family build with Fowler and their homes are incredible with even better service.

So far our journey has been a breeze! During the Sales stage we had all of our questions answered promptly and were provided with a thorough overview of what to expect in the stages to come.

Our slab is due to be poured before Christmas so 2020 will be an exciting year!

The overall process was good but where they stand out was during the construction phase. Our site supervisor (Mick) When above and beyond on many occasions to ensure customer satisfaction. Comparing to a previous build, we were very pleased with the price and quality of the home.

Fowler Homes recently built our new home - a Havana 32. Scott McKillop is the best Site Supervisor anyone could ask for and we were very lucky to have him. Many people say that building a home is stressful however working with Scott was an absolute breeze with no stress at all. He is a genuinely nice guy and really focuses on the quality of the build, holding all Trades accountable for their work. Lidia in the office was also very helpful and really easy to work with. . The only negative was during the pre-construction phase which was very painful and incredibly slow however once construction started we had the best building experience. Thanks Scott and Lidia for being so amazing. We would definitely build with Fowler Homes again.

Hi, Very happy with the build quality and finshed product thanks Fowler. We built a duplex with four bedrooms. Pre construction did take a lot more time than we expected as we had our plans and design passed and had to be re adjusted to there system.
Very happy with Admin Manager and full communication with the supervisor during the whole construction.
