This air conditioning unit is good and works fine. It has good remote and the display on the remote are quite easy to understand. It is smooth and does make a lot of noise. Its cooling and heating are satisfactory. I would not hesitate to recommend this product to any prospective buyer.

terrific heating performance, very quiet unit the unit is easy to use and was installed in around 6 hours.

warms up all of the living areas in the house and seems to be reasonably economical to run, highly recommended so far. we initially thought it would only heat the main living area but have found that the unit easily heats the main living area, the kitchen, dining area and the hallway, so much more than expected.

- cooling is fine
- heating is good except sometimes it blows fairly cool air at you once it has reached temperature which is a bit annoying
- unit is otherwise very quiet except the odd plastic click when first starting heating
- quite neat looking, thought there was no remote but it was in the outdoor unit box?!

The unit is a tidy looking unit, however we had problems almost immediately needing a new air compressor. On the up side, Fujitsu were easy to deal with but it took about two weeks to have the problems fixed. Once fixed we have had no further issues. The unit runs quiet which is great for our nursery.

I bought two Fujitsu systems ASTG09KMCA and ASTG12KMCA. both systems making wall unit gurgles very noisy.
I am very surprised as i have another 2 modern split sytems which have no such issue. I will not recommend this brand to anyone. Installation was done by experience professional. Though outside units are very quiet.

Does the unit heat and cool. Yes. We bought it to replace a 10 yr old lg unit whose condenser’s bottom was rusted out. This new unit is significantly louder than the old one- which should not be the case. We contacted them under warranty because we thought something much be wrong. They replaced the fan to make sure the alignment was correct but it’s still making a racket. The lid and grill rattle on the condenser and the wall unit gurgles. We’ve ended up taping and stuffing insulation around the rattle points. Bottom line- I would not recommend it and I regret the purchase.

A very quality and impressive product from Fujitsu, very happy with performance, not making any noise never disturb ur sleep, good for bedrooms or small size living area, very happy with this product, highly recommend product, very easy to use user friendly and got installed by professional, will upgrade with Fujitsu again.

Bought a 2nd Fujitsu as we are pleased with the first one. It's quiet when working and cools well. Easy to use. The unit was professionally installed so nothing to comment on there. The first one is three years old and still working well. Good air con units, we like them.

The 2.5kw Fujitsu air conditioner is very economical and has a four star rating. It is very quiet in operation cools quickly with the powerful button on the remote and has a sleep mode great for a restful nights sleep. I would recommend this size aircon for an average size bedroom or office

This unit from Fujitsu is fantastic. The unit cools an entire house down in 10 minutes. We bought two units a 2.5 and 7KW and both together keep our house cool. The settings are great and the only thing it’s missing is Wifi connected features. Overall extremely happy with our purchase.

Unit works well. Cooling is good. Haven’t used it for heating yet.
It is completely noiseless - both inside and outside the room. Temperature control and other functions through the remote.
We bought ours from Harvey Norman, but the guys who came to install were not too good (in terms of the things they should’ve brought for installation. As a result, our condenser is sitting right in front of our house making our lawn look it’s worst and getting sprayed by water regularly by the sprinklers (because of its beautiful position)! Wish I could sue the installation folks!

Have been using out Fujitsu 2.5KW AC for roughly 6 months now and has been a great unit. Cools the room quite quickly and without making to much noise. However, the motor (outdoor unit) cannot be said the same. It is very loud when working. Can be heard 2-3 bedrooms away, even though it is somewhat 10m away.

I got this for my sons room and chose the unit based mostly on price as it was a cheaper option. Honestly though it functions as advertised and can not complain. I don't use any fancy features so can't comment on those but if you need a air conditioner that can heat and cool, isn't overly noisey and is reliable (so far) than this could work for you also.

This air conditioner is the best air conditioner ever! It is very easy to install. It cools down very quickly, It is user friendly and very straight forward to use, there are three setting to chose from. It does make some noise for few minutes while cooling down, which is reasonable. But overall performance is very good.

I am happy with the Units colling and heating performance. Cools the room down nicely in 30 mins and last the night if lelft running for an hour or two. Fairly quite inside but seems like a racket outside. The neighbours havent complained though! The installation for me was straighforward. The operation of the device espicially the timers are very complicated! never been able to setup the timers till now.

This aircon cools and heats up fairly quickly. The installation process was good end efficient and the people who installed it answered any questions asked. The aircon comes with a manual which explains how to use the aircon but if you want to simply adjust temperature and other basic features, you can figure it out by playing around with it a bit. The unit does however make a humming sound that can be heard from other rooms but nothing too unbearable. Overall, I would recommend this aircon.

Moved into a new house and bought 3 of these for 3 fairly small rooms but they pack a punch.
Great settings allowing us to turn on at set times and they are great on the electricity bill with energy saving features too.
Not noisy inside or outside and can cool the room down very quickly.
Simple remote, great performance.
We were luck with a local installer who did all 3 for us at a good price too (would have looked a lot worse if just 1 unit installed)

Heating and cooling has been excellent when the room doors are shut. Fan speed is strong and cools/heats a standard room very quickly.
Set timer to auto off and on took a bit of getting used to but has been a great feature - setting cooling to auto off around 4am in summer months and heating to auto on 20mins before my alarm clock ring ensures my room is warm during winter mornings. Noise levels are low. Recommended.
