I'm happy with the air con. I have 3 Fujitsu air cons in my house. So far so good. It heats up and cool down the room quickly.

it's easy to use and quiet. I like the quiet outdoor unit function.

Installation seems easy. The installer was familiar with the model so they know what to do.

Brought two of those units for our bedrooms last summer.This unit is the most quiet one i have come across. I need the aircon every morning when I get up and every night after shower. It is enough for a master room. Its quiet - had this on during the really hot nights in summer. I couldn't hear anything.

Aircon is very energy efficient and can cool upto 25sqm room
We have had it for over 6 months and our power bills is still pretty cheap
Installation was easy enough and had all the required pipes
Outdoor unit is compact and can be easily installed on pavers
Overall satisfied with this purchase

I work in the air conditioner indusrty and the Fujitsu split system air cons are my recommendation. I have never had any failures and are always very quiet which is a good selling point. Also cash back during winter is a great winner for anyone unsure of accepting installation. They are always my first recommendation.

Great with cooling the bedroom. Wasn't too happy with the heating as the fan still blows when the temperature is reach so can be a bit cold. Wasn't able to adjusted the direction previously but with the cooler weather, it seem to tilt more so it doesn't blow in your face as have the unit above the bed.
Fairly quiet and quick install.

Fujitsu air conditioning cooling effect This is better, the room about 16 square meters, opened for a while on the cold, start faster, power consumption is relatively small, we are more satisfied with the quality of this air conditioning, after-sales service is also more timely. Overall it is pretty better.

Heating and cooling is good.
Not noisy.Our neighbors AC is very noisy.
Ac installed by a professional installer .very easy installation process though.
Settings not easy to understand..I am still not aware some of the settings.I always use the basis settings,never used the timer and other settings.Have to check the manual and understand some of them.

A very wonderful air conditioner that suits for any seasons, especially during winter where I use it very often. I like the hot air, and works similar to the heater. However, the remote does not have any light on the screen which sometimes is very difficult to see. Also there is sometimes a delay of the effect while I'm pressing on particular button on that remote.

Great- value for money, purchased at Harvey Norman, the only drawback I can think of that the remote does not have light so becomes difficult when operating in the middle of night, otherwise good, still waiting to get my first electricity bill so can't comment on the running cost

Just the kind of Aircon, we were looking for to beat Brisbane heat. very quiet inside and amazing cooling. Havent used the heater for long, but that too is very effective.
The remote is very user friendly and even the outer unit is not very noisy.

Great cooling! And easy to use controler, unit is quiet inside, with lots of features ie.enonomy ( energy saving) button,powerful button also sleep timer.
Only thing that l would like is a button to turn down the light from unit though out the night .... but l use blue tac !

I have the old model installed in my house 11 years ago. Great with my electricity bills especially through those hot summer days when you required to have the air conditioning running for days.
Recently - 1 month ago I purchased a newer model for the master bedroom and it's wonderful. Energy saving and less in electricity bill the main reason I have chosen Fujitsu - as in long run you would get the money back for paying a slightly expensive price than other brand.

Purchased from Harvey Norman with cash rebate, fantastic. Quiet and very efficient.
Small unit suitable for bedroom size or any room 5x5m . installation should be positioned on an outside wall
and the compressor directly behind .
Installation is around $600. with compliance certificate. Remote control with timer...set and forget.

Bought the split system for our bedroom and its perfect .. hot and cold functions.
The outdoor unit is mounted on the roof and is never heard.
We also like the human sensor and economy option. Easy to operate the remote control and simple filter cleaning.
No more "hot summer nights" (hated that record)... now its cool!!

Could not have copped without it this summer, great investment and doesn't look out of place in the bedroom. Also got one installed in the main lounge. Both units cool down the areas in a quick amount of time.

I have two of these units now one in a lounge area and one in a large bedroom. Both work extremely well are quiet and give out cool/warm air with no fuss. I bought the first unit from Appliances Online and the second from Harvey Norman both at sale prices and could not be more pleased. I like the big white remote control unit as well as I can FIND it!
Don't forget when you purchase though to factor in the installation costs as these can range quite considerably, mine was $650 as I had to add a switch to my power board which meant an electrician/installer. But I thought that was reasonable.
It pays to shop around!
