Found the perfect lamp table in the Osborne Park Store, but because of a slight crack in the wood. We were offered another from the Joondalup Store. Excellent service in both stores.

Purchased in store. Process was easy and efficient. Store manager Shannon was very helpful. There was a great selection to choose from and we shall certainly revisit when necessary.

The entertainment unit was ordered in for us. Although there was a slight delay, we were delighted with our unit. The storeman was very helpful getting it in my car too.

I had been into the store a few times in my quest for the perfect sofa for me. I found exactly what I wanted at a reasonable price. A staff member organised for me to have my item delivered plus gave additional info about how I can buy up to 5 items for the one delivery price, of which I had not been aware of.

We purchased an absolutely beautiful dinning table from the Joondalup store during January. We simply could not find the thick wood table top with the thick wooden legs anywhere. The price was unbeatable and the service Mandy provided was excellent. We are over the moon about our purchase!

We have bought couple of things from Joondalup store, a console table first and after having a good experience with the service, delivery and product quality we bought a coffee table from the same store. The sales consultant was very helpful at both the times. We are happy with the product quality apart from a little issue which we had while we were assembling the coffee table; a screw was missing, so we have to go to bunnings to find that screw. Otherwise, the whole experience was good. Will shop there again.

I took my 90 year old mother to the Joondalup store to purchase a new mattress. Your salesman was very knowledgeable and patient, courteous and kind. I can't praise him enough for his attentiveness and care factor. I had phoned the store prior to taking my mother 'shopping' and asked if he would select a few mattresses for her to try so as to make the process less stressful. We purchased a 5 seater modular couch from Furniture Bazaar (in-store) a few months ago which we are very excited to be receiving in the next week or so.
The Staff were very friendly, helpful and also helped entertain our 2 young children while we were looking at the couch.
The purchasing process was very quick and easy.
We are looking forward to purchasing more Furniture from Furniture Bazaar.

I purchased a couch from furniture bazaar Joondalup October 2016.
The pollard couch as it is called has already collapsed (only a year old).
They are offering a repair which is inconvenient to me nor do I want a repair on a couch which shouldn't have collapsed after a year, this just reflects on the poor quality furniture bazaar offer in general.
So save your money and a headache and go elsewhere.

We bought a black leather couch with chaise and electric footrest.. seriously comfortable. Had decided on this couch within 5 minutes of walking in the door and sitting on it. Very comfortable. Hardwearing after having 3 children (incl a baby) and 2 dogs climbing all over it. Really handy having USB charging capabilities also.
The delivery is a little bit of a pain with not having a great deal of control over the delivery time (window) but thats my only gripe, all in all, they came when they said they would so cant ask for much more than that.

We purchased a 5 seater lounge suite and were super pleased with the service and great deal that we received at the Joondalup store. We had lots of questions and Shannon the manager had a helpful answer for all of them. Very pleased with the delivery service too. The team phoned in advance as they said they would which meant that I could schedule the delivery around the rest of my day. Would definitely shop here again!
