From the very beginning of our building project to the exciting finish we could not be happier. Everything has proceeded like clockwork with every aspect of the construction of our home. NOTHING has been a problem to GJ Gardner's wonderful staff both in the office and in the field. There were no hidden cost surprises, no hold ups as the building proceeded and the high skill levels of all the many trades involved is obvious in the fantastic quality finish. A special thanks to all involved, the many Tradies, also to Jamee, Melinda, Danielle, Jackie, Luke and Wayne. Lastly a special thanks to Nick who's advice and help have been invaluable.

Good overall experience. This is our first time building our home so we had to rely on them in our construction. Great administrative staff, been very helpful since day one, not to mention they make very good coffee which was a big help especially when we just came out of our nights shifts and we had to meet them in their office. Our kids love our new home. Very good planning and layout as well.

The whole re-build experience after the Tathra Bushfire was conducted in a friendly, compassionate and professional manner. Nothing was too much trouble and communication was key. Our experience at the Display Home with Tony and Jodie was a pleasure and this lead to continuing enjoyable contact with John, Rose, Megan, Dean and Paul. A couple of minor issues since moving in have been dealt with speedily and resolved. We are loving living in our new home and recommend GJ Gardner to anyone and everyone we speak to!

From Day One, this was a well-managed project on a difficult site-sloping block, basalt soil, tight access. Kris met all our requirements for an energy efficient design. Every trade-carpenters, bricklayers, tilers, painters, electricians-did a perfect job and were responsive to any minor changes required. The standard inclusions were excellent quality throughout and we had a wide choice of extras. Dave, our supervisor, was across every minor difficulty and always constructive in his advice.
The only over-runs in cost were for bushfire requirements and additional site work required by council. GJGardner Tweed Heads delivered the build on time and on budget.
if we build again, we will choose Peter and his team.

From the beginning when I met with Robyn the on-site consultant throughout the entire process of planning to construction I found each person connected with the Tweed Heads GJ Gardner knowledgable, willing, cooperative and capable to execute their individual tasks. The quality of service and standard of communication and construction extremely satisfying. I would highly recommend this particular company and would be happy to use them again.

Build was well managed. Staff easy to deal with -always available to answer queries. Minor issues handled quickly and satisfactorily. Extremely pleased with my new home- wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

The first thing I have to say is that I was surprised how quickly the build was. Each trade seemed to roll though seamlessly leading up to a house that was to be my home. The workmanship is of high standard and pretty much everything that was installed worked as it should. So pristine were certain things that it was hard to actually use them ie oven, shower, bath etc. Costs overall were on a par with what I estimated and thankfully, as promoted, there were no surprises! It was a real pleasure to put up the house name plaque on my front wall - "Wade Cottage Est. 2022". All the best to the GJ Gardner team in Orange.

Charmaine Shutte was very patient and extremely helpful in the design phase of the project and we cant thank her enough for her efforts, our site supervisor Pete was also very good to deal with and he was quick to respond to any questions we may have had.

We found the build easier than we thought it would be! A lot of people had said how stressful a new build was and we didn’t find that at all. We expected it to be a lot more stressful. The team at GJ G came up with solutions to any issues, and worked with us to resolve it in a timely fashion. We looked around and we liked the houses that we’d seen built by G J Gardner Sydney North - we also asked someone else that had built with them and they not only recommended them but they were building their second home.
We were happy with the experience and we love the outcome and the house.
