Steve our site manager was very informative and had everything under control. The finished product is excellent and painting issues have been fixed at 12 week mark. Very proud of our new home, the first time we have built and glad it was with GJ Gardner. Building my first home was one of the most important and biggest decisions of my life so my wife and i gave this serious consideration upon choosing a business to build our dream. Choosing GJ Gardner was one of the best decisions we have ever made.

Nathan and Sean were above and beyond in the way they managed this project. With so many things for us to take into consideration the boys had the answers for us and above all, the patience. We are exceptionally happy with the management of our build through GJ Shoalhaven. They communicated with us about what was happening with our house and were happy to answer our many questions. The team were clear about the cost of each stage and we didn't feel like there were "hidden" costs during our build. They were helpful when issues outside of their control arouse (tiles were discontinued). We had excellent interactions with everyone we dealt with from our sale consultant, to the colour consultant to our site supervisor.

I got my own expectations up about my house and GJ delivered! There were no surprises with the cost, the total for the build was as expected.
There were a couple of little issues along the way but they were all dealt with before handover.
The staff are so friendly and professional and made the whole experience that much easier for me.
Overall the only thing I could pick that was not perfect was that the house could have been cleaned better before handover.

It was the fisrt time to have our dream house built and we had no experience and knowledge about this field. At the beginnning we were quite worried about everything about the building. Luckily Ms Louise Dale gave us a lot of help. She was very professional and patient. Kate, Dean, Brent and Vemae also help us all the time. When the house was handed over to us, we found the workmanship and building quality were excellent and exceeded our imagination. During building period it was nearly worry free. The final cost was the same as our estimated cost. One word: Satisfactory!

We decided to go with GJGardner after seeing the houses they had built in the local area.They worked with us to create an ideal house design for our corner block. the design makes use of all the available space and flows perfectly. the house was built at an affordable price for the quality and was completed on time... in fact a few weeks early!We are so happy we would do it again!

All round excellent service from admin, sales and builder during our recent house build. The process was well explained and professional service by suppliers as well. The build was finished two months ahead of schedule. We would not hesitate to recommend them and will use them again in the future.
