Couldn't be happier :)
We built with GJ Gardner homes in Wollongong and are so happy with our forever home. From the minute we walked into their beautiful display homes at Calderwood Valley we not only knew we felt at home but the sales staff were so friendly and easy to deal with. Every question we needed answered was, we were introduced to all of the managers, there were no pushy sales tactics. We had a really good feeling that we had found the right builders and home for us!

home to be exactly what we wanted. Once they were on site things moved quickly, we were amazed that every time we drove past our block some progress had been made. We loved seeing everything come together and with every tradesman they had on site they were always friendly and happy to chat with us when we came for a sticky beak. We had weekly calls from either our site supervisor or the office keeping us upto date of everything that happened that week and what was coming up. If ever we wanted to take a look the site supervisor was happy to arrange it, we just had to ask. Everything went smoothly and nothing was ever a problem. When it came time for handover even the director himself came to the property to walk through everything with us personally and we were given a beautiful hamper. After our 3 months we only had a couple of minor touch ups required and they were all attended to in a timely manor. We have now been in our home 6 months and everything is just how we dreamed it would be, we love our home. When we started out we had no idea what we were doing, we had never built before. Gj Gardner made it so easy and stress free from start to finish, they really took the time to explain everything. We really loved their person centred approach and we didn’t feel like just a number to a big building company. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is considering building a home.

Perfectly customised forever home.
From the planning stage with McKaylah, designing to my Hampton's style and wish list, including walk-in robes for all bedrooms and luxurious master suite all to my original budget, and the ongoing support from Millie from GJ office and our builder Darren completing our home in 25 weeks, this has been a very positive experience. I have my dream home in a wonderful location for the rest of my life and I couldn't be happier.

Outstanding
Well what can we say but their said 26 weeks to build our house and they did it, even with the Christmas break in the middle of the build. We have given this rating because of the efficiency of the build and the excellent quality of GJ Gardner. We would like to thank Leigh Sherer for her outstanding customer service skills, attention to detail and efficiency, We would also like to thank Massimo for the same and Sean Vickery for his efforts in getting the job done within the allocated timeframe. Lastly for all the contractors that worked on our property a hugh thank you for your outstanding workmanship.

5 star build - what more could you want!
We engaged the services of G.J. Gardner Homes - Wollongong to purchase a home and land package. From the very get-go we were given the very best of advice and suggestions that assisted us in designing the best possible house for the block that we had purchased.

Throughout the build, the office staff (Millie, Massimo, Fina and Leigh) helped to ensure that all questions we asked were swiftly and accurately answered, and helped us to feel informed along the way. Darren, our Site Supervisor had a fantastic attention to detail and ensured that our dreams were made a reality in the home that he delivered. Finally, Sean heading up the team as the Franchisee was a wealth of knowledge and was wonderful to deal with. Coming from Sydney, we did not have the chance to go down to visit the site often and actually only opted to have two site visits throughout the build. While for some this might seem daunting, we had absolute trust in the team and their process. The level of detail provided in the weekly site updates and the manner in which all of our questions were answered made us feel at ease throughout the entire process. I could not fault the entire process, and the home that we were delivered really speaks for itself. Do yourself a favour and build a G.J.1 comment

Mark has contributed his high level professional skills and construction field's abundant experiences and his passion to our hard condition project （Flooding zone, complicated geology condition ).

Amazing Builders!
We cannot thank GJ Gardener Wollongong enough for our beautiful new home. We love it and only have positive things to say about our home. Not only did they deliver the home we dreamed of, they delivered sooner than expected considering the hurdles we experiences following the liquidation of Gow Constructions.

The whole process was smooth and made us feel confident that we would get our dream home. Our foreman, Kevin was professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. Nothing was an issue and was always available to answer our questions. Him and the team displayed excellent workmanship and delivered a high quality home.
