I think we had the best sales person and supervisor in the gj gardner team. Our house came out beautiful. The finish was great with very Little minor paint repair marks and an issue with our driveway, but that were all sorted out when we pointed them out. They took a bit long to build the house but we were happy and it worked for us as our slab got longer curing time and things were not rushed. The contractors they used from the northern side were great and professional.

Just finished building with GJGARDNER homes was very excited at first but later bad experience, stressful for the whole family. Met [name removed] the sales consultant from north lakes, not helpful at all, bad customer service, a misleading person, not trustworthy, overall an inconsiderate person. Wrong house all the rooms were too small. Anyway wrong builder, bad experience, not happy never build with GJ again.

We built with GJ Gardner homes this year and couldn't be happier with the finished product. If there were any issues throughout the build the staff were very quick to rectify the issue and come up with a solution that would benefit us with the final product. It was easy to get into contact with the staff and they were all to happy to help when we did call. I would like to thank our site supervisor who we could not fault throughout the build as he kept us up the date with everything. We build our beautiful home with GJ Gardner and I have to say they did not disappoint! The building material was of high standard! The quality of the workmanship was first class! I recently completed a build with GJ Gardner Brisbane North. The process went smoothly and any issues were sorted out by the great team in the office and in the field. Special mention to the Site Supervisor who kept everything moving and always kept me abreast of progress and any issues.

I found that it's really important when building to have realistic expectations of the final result. Look past the displays and ask to see displays that match your inclusions. Always allow a little more for additional in the kitchen and electricals.

The Workmanship on this build was great and the team responded to site challenges with a great attitude. GJ North ageed to build on our block, where others put it in the too hard basket, and agreed to build the home I designed. There were some site challenges and it was a custom build, but everyone seemed to enjoy doing something different, and the outcome was worth it.

Like all builds, the project only goes well with the guidance of the project Manager, and ours was on top of the project the whole time, he made the process easy and enjoyable, thanks Dennis, couldn't have done it without you!

All staff were very helpful and would change things to suit our needs in a house design. The build process was efficient and we always were kept up to date about the progress. All staff were open and honest about any extra costs any of our changes would incur and did not try to "upsell" but rather make sure that we had what we needed and wanted in a house. Our house has been handed over with excellent workmanship and great attention to detail. GJ GardnerNorth Brisbane were an excellent team of people to work with in building our home.

We recently built our first home with GJ's and from the moment we walked in the doors we felt safe, comfortable and knew we were in good hands. Brad came up with the perfect house design for our difficult shaped block of land we had purchased, He's service was fantastic to say the least! Denis was our building supervisor, He was amazing to deal with... the construction ran smoothly and we never had any issues, we were always well informed with the progress and well looked after! It was a wonderful experience to build with GJ Gardner Homes and we would definitely do chose them again in the future and we highly recommend them! We couldn't be happier with our new home.

The initial contact with the Sales Consultant was a deciding factor to build with GJ Gardner Homes. He was very helpful and nothing was to much trouble. With the modern trend of building companies using numerous contractors, it is essential to have a switched on supervisor which we were fortunate to have and he proved to be exceptional at his job. We found the overall building experience a reasonably stress free experience.

Gj Gardner Brisbane North were very helpful right from the initial meeting to home handover. They came up with plan changes to suit the block and still achieve the same floor area for their standard design, and with no added or hidden costs. All construction works were as per the contract and any minor concerns I had were dealt with immediately. Having GJ Gardner build your house is easy and a pleasurable experience. I would recommend them.
