Jess was our main contact working through our design changes & helping with our upgrades always with a smile & making us feel very welcome over may visits. We are both perfectionists & were most impressed with the quality of the tradespeople & their workmanship with a friendly attitude when we spoke to them. Damien our site boss kept in touch with us & was most helpful throughout the construction. The office staff were always willing to give us answers to any of our questions. Post construction we had only two very minor problems that were fixed to our satisfaction.
Final cost was around $50,000 extra due to our upgrades in the house. Overall a great friendly company to build our house. Bob & Sue

We are very happy with our home except for a few things. The quality of the workmanship is average. The build was not managed very well. If our site supervisor was onsite more to manage the build and contractors, it would have been a different story. The internal painting is very poor in general throughout the home (it was the painters first job with GJ and their last). The external render has cracked substantially in places. Our internal doors don't close. The striker plate has not been position correctly and has been adjusted so many times that they have made an absolute mess of the door frames. You don't expect to build a new home and have doors that don't close. I am unsure if I would recommend GJ Gardner Gympie.

the workmanship was of a good quality some cracking of concrete not bad
build was well managed every time we went to the site it was clean and tidy
the customer service was great

The build quality and tradesmanship was carried out to a high standard however build time of the construction needed to be minimised. If better managed/supervised the construction time would have been decreased. Customer service and support from the G.J. Gardner office is outstanding in particular Denise who is always available to take calls even after construction has been completed. If we were looking to build again in Gympie G.J Gardner homes are of a high quality and standard and would be our number one choice of builders in the area.

Its a little daunting building a house. The team at GJ Gardner helped us through the process and made it very simple. Our project supervisor Alex Lopez a total professional, kept us on track and delivered a beautiful presnted home. We where at all times kept informed and advised on all aspects of the build. I am very fussy about the finish of a house build. I made it known at the start with Ray who looked after the build. I must say that as I build the house living in Sydney with occasional visits I was kept up to date with photos emails, texts, and phone conversations. This put me at ease and took the worry out of it. Attention to detail with the tradies was 10/10 walk through with the electrician was especially good as he just knew the solution to every problem. The tiler was extremely neat and helpful. I got an opinion from another tiler and he said the job was extremely neat.

My wife and I settled on using the team at GJ Gardners at Gympie and they produced the goods for us. The build came off trouble free and any problems we had along the way were dealt with quickly and professionally. I could not speak any higher of the team at GJ Gardner Homes in Gympie. Wojtek and his team have been amazing at helping us get into our first home. Wojtek went above and beyond all expectations including helping us with a broker and finding the right block through a friend in realestate. Denise was also fantastic at helping with all our selections and answering any questions we have had. And Damien has been fantastic keeping us up to date with the build stages. Even their tradies are amazing and super helpful.
