We went to a range of volume and small builders for our demo/rebuild, and GJ Gardiner in Essendon were an easy pick straight away. Custom built changes were organised effectively. The coordination of tradies worked liked clockwork, which meant delays were avoided and the build progressed smoothly and quickly. Initially GJ Gardner were helpful however once they have your business, unfortunately their attitude changes. In 2015 we regrettably decided to inquire with GJ Gardner Homes. We decided to go ahead with an existing design and paid a $3000 deposit, after the banks changed their lending rules we were unable to go ahead with the home and had to sell our block of land.
