Poor service and unreliable
Been trying to follow up on an issue with my car for days. They are unreliable don't call you back, say they will book in your car to resolve the technical issue and still waiting for an email. Appalling unreliable service.
I will be getting my car fixed at another location.

Paul was brilliant. As soon as we walked into the showroom we were given attention and priority. Because of his service we decided there and then we were going to buy a car from him. He and his team did everything 100% and we will definitely be back

Beware of Kia Blacktown
I would have given zero star. Incompetent service technicians. Will rip you off. Hit my car in the curb, went to blacktown for repair. It was repaired and confirmed fit for drive.
Went after two months with rubbing noise, given quote for 2 grand stating the issue was related to previous damage. Their technicians not fit enough to identify the issue at the first go.

DO Not buy your jeep here
I opus chased a car they installed the wrong sat nav system, told me to try it they would change of i didn't like. I didn't like the product and they would not change. Dishonest. I would avoid this dealership, I would recommend Artamon Jee. Honest folks

WARNING Service scams
Be warned they will scam you for sure. 1. $1,100 to recalibrate sensors and did not even pick up the sensors were back the front. 2. tried to tell be i needed new brake pads and disks at 40,000kms. second opinion was all good.

Couldn't be happier with my Equinox

Customer Service was fantastic, and just love our new Equinox, shame they are not advertised a
lot more as they are a great car, we love it, servicing was great as well

Bad service - avoid this place
This dealership is very unhelpful. On two occasions I have dealt with them and they we unhelpful and downright rude. I'd travel further afield rather than have to deal with them again. Cars were Mitsubishi and Fiat.

Worse treatment ever
Never felt this worse in my entire life. It will be below my dignity to even enter the premises again after what i had experienced yesterday. This review goes to only one guy named Mr Manish Ajmera AKA dealer principal who has zero customer value. It is normally expected from someone to introduce himself before joining or even start the conversation, Manish failed to have such decency or basic etiquette. ice role can get difficult sometimes and specially towards the end of the busy day. serving customers in most courteous and humble manner is a sign of good customer service and way to bring customers back. Servicing scams - be aware!
I've had my Jeep serviced at Heartland since purchased there as a new car, and in the last service experienced 2 separate scams, so beware!.
This service was 40K and was supposed to be done at the capped rate of $1180. While i was waiting for the service to complete, i was approached by a staff member who asked if i wanted my diff oils, front and back, and transfer case oil replaced because the oil was dirty.. The total extra cost was over $600!. I said no.

Heartland Motors Chullora was extremely unprofessional, went to inspect and test drive the car. After test driving and enquiring about the car the salesman asked what's would you like to do? I stated a fair offer within 10 percent of the advertised amount, however he did not take my offer seriously and encouraged me to trade in the vehicle we arrived in at a below market value (50% Less) which belongs to another family member(hence not my decision to sell).

I tried. He attempted to guilt trip me in the conversation which is extremely unprofessional and rude to a potential customer. If his attitude was better I was going to considering buying the car after sorting out my finances. They even locked up the front gate so I couldn't leave with my car and had to find an alternate exit. These people will do anything for money and don’t care about anything else. Bought a new Mitsubihi Eclipse Cross from Castle Hill
Hi, read all the negative reviews here AFTER I bough the car from them- lol. The Mitsubishi dealer at Castle hill were good to deal with, and worked out a top runout deal for me on the spot (im a hard negotiater). Picked up the car and found out there was a recall notice due to safety issues in ABS. Rang the dealer and was surprised to find out they had already applied the fixes when doing dealer delivery - really well done!. Later went back to spares to order the towbar kit. Dealer obtained it within a day and called me for pickup. So far I can see no reason to bag them out - If they were bad, they dont seem to be now. Would recommend them to friends.

Terrible experience- sheer waste of time
I spent almost 3 hours there despite their pathetic service and after all the negotiations and all their arrogant sales manager turned down the offer he himself made. At the first place It took them 30 mins to find out the keys for the car for test drive and they couldn't find any L plate, as I was carrying learners licence. They made me sit as a passenger in a diesel car when I was after a petrol version, in the name of test drive.

not in selling cars or delivering customer service for sure. I managed to agree on the price what your sales manager offered and he himself refused from his offer in couple of minutes. As far as the responsibility of carrying l plates is concerned, your argument would have made any sense had I been denied of the test drive at the very first place when I told I am carrying Learners licence I was made to sign the paper mentioning me to be liable for anything going wrong and later on struggled to find the L plates. Struggle to make a service appointment
My jeep has just been part of the power train recall announced a few weeks ago. My car is also due for its 20,000km service. Rang on Wednesday of last week and was told someone will call me in the next five minutes. Its now the Tuesday after. Funny how keen the staff is to make sure they make sales but to service the assistance is dreadful and just rude.

Dodgy service department
I had a disagreement over charging extra $250 on a service and these people showed no flexibility. Instead as they knew I need the car on Friday afternoon pushed to charge the extra money. The disagreement came from a wrong quote given by the service desk and they didn't admit it. Trying to blame me for not reading what I signed, service manager is also arrogant and rude. Last time taking my car there, dodgy service shop.

Sold a defeatable vehicle
2 front tyres were illegal and rear 2 tyres were bald also cars ride height (suspension) was well below legal standard. They tried telling me different states have different laws. They were willing to help reimburse me for the front tyres after 4 months I sent the invoice. I was asked why it had taken me so long I had to save money for the suspension the front and rear tyres. reading to be considered for compensation for the tyres. After have the car inspected in SA I was told I could drive the vehicle but would be at risk of being defected if caught by the police. The car had NSW number plates still on it and was registered till August the guy said I was able to drive it until rego ran out. Heartland holden have refused to help me with the suspension and still no reimbursement for the tyres.9 comments

or the photo is when you contacted Heartland Service and said your tyres needed replacing (as they were illegal, according to you) we agreed immediately to help with payment. It took you over three months to get the tyres replaced. This is the only thing we have asked for so we can confirm you haven't driven thousands of Km's on bald tyres, why is this so hard for you to send this through? We requested it months ago. You constantly are sending reviews saying that we wont help you and yet we have agreed to do so for months.It is not legal to damage the sidewall of the tyre by removing material or removing the markings required under ADR 42 to apply a stripe.

Service department not answering call /drinking beer and smoking - Cullora
In a week came two times to service my two cars, was waiting in customer waiting room and tried calling to service, just to see someone is answering the call or not, phone was ringing, service consultant was busy playing in mobile, they didn't even answer the call.
Afternoon at 3.30 pm when I came to pick up my car,it was shocking to see technician having beer and smoking inside the workshop and working on customer cars.
Do you really have a manager to run this place or not.
