Great Piece Of Kit

We've had ours for a few weeks now and it's been great. Only thing I don't like is the pathetically small ice tray. I use ice every day for work but can't get enough ice from this freezer to keep my cooler cold daily. It's really pathetic. Apart from that, it's great!

Just purchased, so far so good. Touch wood.
I took my time in purchasing, I looked at so many brands. To me it was roomy, nice features, good looking unit, 3 yr warranty. I have a hisense freezer for a number of years and it's been great. Samsung and some of the other brands are no better when it come to quality, so becareful.

Terrible quality fridge. From day one I have had problems with this. The ice tray broke the first day. After a couple of months the right hand side of the freezer started frosting over and ice would form making it difficult to slide the drawers in and out which never slid well anyway from the start. The electronic lights for temperature indicator keeps going out. And the straw on the camel's back is the plastic lever on the water dispenser has snapped clean in half. Worse fridge I have ever used.

I bought mine in March 2014, has been replaced 3 times the 1st to me was for the water dispenser leaking and twice because the fridge would not stay cold now this fridge needs replacing a fourth time for the same problem!! Will never recommend this fridge to anyone!

Rubbish

I bought this model and it blew up after 2 weeks. Got a replacement fridge sent out and the water dispenser doesn't work properly, its very hard to push in to get the water to come out. One problem after another with this rubbish brand! So now I wait for the third fridge to be sent out, what a joke - how can they manufacture rubbish like this and still be in business.

4 Months Old - Needs Replacing!

Nice looking fridge both externally and internally with LED lighting. Excellent external chilled water dispenser, loads of room in both fridge and freezer sections.........but items in snack tray freeze due to problematic air direction flow cover. (European models have a temperature control knob for this tray). After numerous service calls and replacement parts, problem insurmountable. Hisense have been advised by servicing agent to replace my fridge, but after 6 weeks this is yet to occur. Not happy.

Call it bad luck or whatever you like. The clear finish on this fridge is rubbish!! Do not buy one if you want it to say in showroom condition. I can not believe that the finish on this fridge is so sensitive to spills. After 7 months every door on mine is ruined so I'm going to put mine in the garage as a second fridge and buy another brand. My daughter has a French door fridge (another brand) and I'm going to purchase one like hers. She has two children under 4 and has had many things spilled on hers as you can imagine with young children and not a mark. Stay away from this fridge simply for the terrible clear finish to the fake stainless steel effect.

Received at call yesterday from Harvey Norman to say that Hisense have offered us $150 .00 compensation. What a joke!! Let's just add insult to the situation.

excellent, no regrets buying it

bought the fridge in sept 2014,have had no problems. it runs super quiet,is very spacious for my family.nice deep freezer lots of space in fridge. love the alarm,great for the little ones.came with 3yrs warranty plus we got extra 2yrs as well.big plus is the water dispenser. no plumbing needed.ice cold water when needed.

update-- owned fridge for 12mths now,no issues.freezer icy cold fridge cold,water nice and cold when i remember to fill,lol. no regrets buying it, the warranty swayed me a bit as id never had hisense before.

Hi all, 630 ltr French door Hisense, when turned on it displays H and 4 on the display, assuming 4 is the fridge temp?
Says H means a problem with the heater but just hot wired the heater element and it gets super hot as it should? Any ideas anyone?
