I've had this TV for about 6 months now and so far it's been great. The only negative I feel is the speaker quality. But I decent soundbar can fix that issue right up. For the price I honestly feel this is a solid TV for any home

Great tv for the price.... but
Great picture, plenty of inputs, easy navigation etc. Only thing i would change is the app store. Give us a major update and supply google play store. Even though the tv is otherwise perfect if I had known when i purchased it that it has its on app store i would have looked at something else.

Terrible noise distortion at low volumes
Not a TV for the bedroom. Like everything about it except at low volume there is constant noise distortion.
Had tried every different set up possible, but it is constant. Cannot be used to fall asleep to because of this.

Love our TV
Second Hisense TV and are very impressed! We have had no issues at all with our two Hisense TVs, great quality picture and great sounds! Only one downfall is that I can't access my Tenplay from the TV, otherwise very happy!

Good but No Game Mode
Nice colour blacks are black its only 60hz not 100 like some models not much more expensive and the so called Game Mode is non existent overall i feel let down by Hisense and want the Game Mode i purchased the tv for in the first place

Hi, There is no game mode setting with the TV, when you are playing a game automatically it will be in as you can call it “game mode”.
It does seem to turn off a few things automatically how ever it left one on i turned it off manually
After some reading how ever i perhaps should have waited a little longer for your newer 2020 releases with 4k tuners

I purchased this TV from Harvey Norman picked up from warehouse Caringbah set it all up very careful turned it on black screen with coloured lines contacted Harvey Norman first then contacted Hisense who gave me a return number to take back to store, received another TV set it all up operating superb how long for?

Great picture but the software is so buggy!
I’ve had this for 5 months now. I’m very happy with the picture and smart aspects of the tv (Netflix, media playing) but we’ve had some really weird things happen with it. The first thing we’ve noticed is that the lip sync will just randomly be out on different stations and is nearly always out when using Freeview. Every now and then stations will just drop out. is the store demo mode setting. I’ve turned it off so many times but it just keeps coming back on by itself! What’s going on!!! It’s driving me crazy! Good quality for price
For a TV and its quality of sound and picture.. its great.. but ita not the same as using an android tv with Phone compatabilty. Also has its own App store which has been a little frustrating and cant chrome cast a lot of apps and sites.. but great price love using 4k feature.

Bought this tv for the bedroom 2 weeks ago. Looks good enough with prime, netflix UHD stuff. It has no game mode! it is specifically advertised with game mode, a feature it does not possess. Iv turned off all the bells and whistles that would use processing to reduce lag but compared to my Samsung in the lounge room, its noticeable.
Contacted their customer support on twitter. They replied in some sort of gibberish that made out like its auto switching, which its not, as bigger r6 models has the feature.

2 months old still no good.
2 months old, after a few weeks the tv started turning itself off. The sound and the lips never lined up. we called and received a USB stick to reprogram it,did not work. They then sent another one which worked for a short while but still did not line up the sound and lips all the time. Yesterday while using the Guide EPG button the TV stopped letting me move the channels and switched itself of, i turned it back on but it kept turning itself off. In general very disappointed with this TV. We have a 40 inch Hisense Smart TV it is quite good.

Great picture terrible software!
This TV doesn't deserve the word "smart" it should be replaced with dumb!! Absolute hisense nonsense
Dont waste your money. Paid $2000 for this crap. Firstly they quote total fictious specifications. The energy rating given is based on if you set the tv to not work with any of the functions you paid for. TV Stands Manufacturing Issue
How excited were my children and I to receive our brand new smart tv that came with a Play Station 4 as a Entertainment Bundle package...
Had everything all opened and we even checked if all the installation parts were there, nothing missing..
Until, we attempted to install the two silver iron metal stands underneath the TV as it was flat on its back to help hold the heavy screen that will then be displayed on our TV unit, only to find out that the inlets of where the screws were meant to be installed into, were actually made out of plastic ...Read more
and it was hollow enough for 2 out of the four 16mm screws fall through as I attempted the first time and thought it was my mistake to let it accidentally slip through and then the second time, I could hear the next screw fall in by doing a long far drop sound and thought to myself... Hmmmm, that ain't right! Because, in the past of having a new Kogan tv installed by myself, this has never happened and I had no issues with the TV stand, it was simple n EASY! And in my head, I'm pretty sure that there is supposed to be a metal ridge within that plastic inlet to have the 16mm screws in sync to hold the stands, but there was nothing as to why the screws kept dropping into the TV itself. After our installation attempts, I called the Hisense Service Desk and told them of my new TV Installation discrepancy and fingers cross, it will be replaced for a proper one with all the installation parts intact without any issues. Obviously, it is a manufacturing error of our new TV and I'm hoping that it was just the one and not let this happen to anyone else.Purchased in August 2021 for A$549.00.

A good value for money purchase
I bought this TV 3 months ago and it runs every day for the best part of 8 hrs per day if not more.
It is our first smart TV and the Bluetooth wireless connectivity were no problem to set up.
The picture and sound quality is good, I did have an issue with the first unit at the top left hand side, it had an optical imperfection but Harvey Normans swapped it over with a new one without any problems .

watching YouTube within a few minutes of setup. Connection to my Fetch box was simple with an HDMI cable. The picture quality is excellent and after playing with the many different settings I was happy with the default settings and the only change I have made is to reduce the colour saturation a little, to my liking. The quality of the TV sound is the only criticism I have, although there are many different presets and custom settings to provide for most people. There is just not enough cabinet space with flat TVs to generate an acceptable Hi-Fi sound, so a sound bar is the next purchase.
