We have recently moved into our new home built by CMA. We are honestly super happy with quality and finish and value for money. Got a call back from Greg Farmer after an online enquiry. Felt "brushed off" as he said that because I didn't yet have land that it was not worth his time providing me with a quote until I have acquired some land. As part of the building process you'd think they'd understand that people are not going to waste time comparing builders, whilst paying a mortgage on dead land only once they've purchased it. Literally sooooo many faults that someone even suggested bulldozing it. Just a couple of faults out of the hundreds... They didn’t connect the bath drain so the house flooded, they didn’t provide a functional drain for the laundry- the house flooded, the aircon leaked and damaged my brand new furniture. The workmanship is terrible, they shouldn’t be allowed to be still in business. The houses look nice and they pretend they care but I guarantee you- they don’t! We built with CMA in Newport and had a fantastic experience. From start to finish. Simon at the display was amazing to deal with, changes to the plans were no problems at all, and we loved the fact that we built what WE wanted.
The selections at the North Lakes showroom were more than what we expected, we did not need to do too many upgrades, we just felt all the way that they are here to help, not sell us on expensive upgrades we don't need.
