I have bought 7 Ikea kitchens because they had a 25 Year warranty. At first Ikea support and service was fantastic but unfortunately, their warranty appears to be worthless. I stopped using them when the paint on the kitchen doors/draws started to fade, crazy and wear unevenly. I contacted Ikea but because they changed all their kitchens they initially told me there was nothing they could do about the warranty. I followed up about 12 months ago and got reimbursed for some but am still waiting for others, there doesn't seem to be any urgency which is frustrating.

We purchased 2 sets of cupboards with draws and a wall over bench cupboard paid cash for them 5 years ago supposed to be a 20 year guarantee.The fronts of the 5 draws have all cracked and crazed so when you go to reach the handles you get splinters of paint up the finger nails, the front doors on the over bench cupboard have gone from a nice white color to a yellow color yet the side panel exposed to the little sun coming in is still yellow, I contacted IKEA but unfortunately could not find the receipt so no warranty, would not recommend the ...

Faktum kitchen purchased and installed 6 years ago. Door is flaking. Ikea no longer stock Faktum products as they changed their kitchen range to Metod. They have refused to fix the door and offered a refund of only the panel door that is flaking. Left with a kitchen full of cupboard doors that will most likely do the same thing and no real option but to replace them or fix them as they break. Refund will not cover the cost of fixing the door. What a complete waste of money.

Have to drive to there. The quality are mostly fine. I prefer easier assemble steps. Delivery fee is too high. I wish IKEA can have more real plant decoration collection
