So easy and reliable
This is the simplest way to send small packages. I went online put in the dims and location for pick up and delivery, paid via CC and 2 hours later goods were picked up. So easy.

Very happy with the service
I had never used Interparcel before and not only were they the cheapest, my parcel was collected quickly and without any problem. The customer service and communication was excellent. I highly recommend.

absolutely perfect again
My thanks to all in looking after this shipment. Had to change address after being sent due to restrictions of number of characters on the consignment sheet.... all sorted for me with no fuss.
Sarah followed up to ensure package was delivered into South America, on time as promised.

Easy and helpful!
The Interparcel website is so easy to use, it makes getting a quote and doing a booking very quick. Definitely more so than a couple of other similar company websites I've used.
If I've had an issue, I have found their call service people answer the phone very quickly and get the issue resolved asap. They're all Australian, which definitely makes it easier communicating. Interparcel are my first point of call for all our courier needs.

Great customer service!
We had some issues with a consignment we had booked with UPS China through Interparcel and Sarah Parinello was so helpful with sorting the issues we were facing with the collection. We would use this service again!

Convenient service with good prices.
Interparcel is a great convenient online service, most of the time we have no issues but we understand no one is perfect. If we have any issues the staff a quick to sort it out for us.

Absolute incompetence with a rude shock.
I had the parcel picked up late. After this it disappeared. I had to call up interparcel to get them to locate it. A week later it was found and was on its way. A month later I got a huge invoice through PayPal. They had failed to deliver and are trying to get me to pay for that. Turns out, they changed the value of the item themselves meaning it couldn't get through customs. They claim to have sent emails, but I don't have any. Even if they had, I would not have been able to rectify what they did.

Interparcel. Their motto....no parcel is picked up on the day its meant to be collected.
Collection booked for 19/11/2019. No one showed up and never heard a thing from Interparcel. A representative of UPS did call at 4.59 to ask if the package had been collected, then goes home at 5pm so you cant call them back to advise that it wasnt picked up. Interparcel is absolutely the worst company to deal with. Avoid them at all cost.

Beware if you intend on sending car parts
Was pretty happy with the service until one of my customers received goods that were damaged in transit beyond repair.
Paid for the item to be fully insured and more than sufficiently packaged it. Upon calling to report the fact the item had been destroyed in transit, was given a "sorry it happened but it's not covered for damage" but that's my fault because it was included in some obscure clause I had to go looking for. How is it unreasonable of me to think that if I'm paying extra to fully insure the item that it won't be covered?
Despicable and I won't be using Interparcel again.

Worse service ever
I'm trying to send a parcel for a week. I booked a collection for my parcel on Monday. They said it would be picked up on Tuesday. No one showed up. I called them on Wednesday, they made a new booking and said they would pick it up on the same day. No one showed up again. I called them today, said I need it to be collect ASAP and no one showed up AGAIN. It was supposed to be at the destination on Wednesday. It's Friday and my parcel still at the same place. Because of them my business is being delayed and money is being lost. What kind of company is that? This is so disrespectful.

Good service and easy to use
Ive been using Interparcel for a long time . When I have to send packages I just log on and get a quote .
The courier comes and picks up when I am out and also can deliver without me needing to be there . Saves a lot of wiring around .
Sometimes the deliveries are cheaper than Australia post and they have tracking as well.

My parcel was unable to be delivered on time due to the road closures from the bushfires. Sarah from Interparcel sorted it out and I had a full refund within 24 hours. Great service as always.

I have been using Interparcel for a few years and book parcels with them on a daily basis.
I have rarely had any cause to complain. And at these times, it was due to situations out of their control - but they have helped rectified them for me in a timely manner.

Booked a parcel pick up for a Friday, no pick up Monday or Tuesday. Got in touch with Customer Service. they were very obliging and although could not solve why the courier wasn't turning but booked a same day service for me at no extra cost - then follow up emails. Other booking agencies I have used in the past can only be contacted via email and I find that very frustrating. Happy to know that Interparcel have an actual phone number her in Australia.

Always really great service!
My parcel was supposed to be picked up in the Netherlands and the courier turned up to the address only to find that it was the wrong one. I was notified by my supplier that I had organised the courier to go to the wrong address. I immediately notified Interparcel who refunded my money and I was able to re-do the order using the correct address.

Interparcel Unreliable Service
Booked a small parcel on Sun from NSW 2155 to Darwin, supposdly for p/up Mon but didn't occur, emailed support & was assured p/up rebooked for Tues, again still waiting.... Apparently whilst offering a pick up window, there is no comitment that it will happen.

Simply the best
If I hadnt found this I would have stopped importing from the USA. 1/3 the cost Im quoted from suppliers in the USA. Everything works as quoted everything is emailed to you for printing thats needed. Highly recommend.
