Jetstar make it look like you are saving money booking accommodation through them but in fact, you lose the whole fee if you need to make a change. There are no cancellations or changes allowed which is contrary to consumer law. They were previously fined $1.95 million for misleading consumers and I wonder if their staff even understand consumer rights or how to action complaints.
